Limited Warranty

1 MORE products are warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase, when used in accordance with 1 MORE’s user manuals. Under this warranty, your claim can be directed to 1 MORE, even if you purchased the product from an authorized third party. During the warranty period, 1 MORE will, at its sole option, repair or replace the original, defective parts or issue a refund in the amount of the original purchase price. This warranty does not include resulting from accidents, or from improper use, maintenance, or repair, or from other causes that are not defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Unfortunately, from time to time, 1 MORE products are sold by dealers or internet sites that are not authorized by 1 MORE. In most cases, products sold by these unauthorized companies were not purchased directly from 1 MORE. 1 MORE products sold by unauthorized details are sometimes:

1. Purchased on a “gray” market from other countries and illegally sold in the US
2. Counterfeit products not produced by 1 MORE
3. Damaged, defective, or previously used products (B-stock)
4. Products stolen from authorized dealers or other sources

Unauthorized dealers may deceive consumers by implying the product is covered by 1 MORE’s warranty policy. Any products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to 1 MORE warranty coverage. FAQ

1. Some in-line remote control functions do not work with my device.A.   The headphones are compatible with iOS and Android systems, and only support audio jacks that follow the CTIA standard.B.    Please visit the product support section under www.1more.com for more information on compatibility.C.    Please note that some functions may be different, based on the original software loaded on your device. If this is the case, see your device’s instruction manual for details.
2. The in-ear headphone tips easily fall out of my ears.The tips are probably the wrong size for your ear canals. We’ve provided additional tips in different sizes along with the headphones. Try different sizes until you find the best fitting tips. The goal is to achieve a snug-fitting seal.
3. I hear abnormal noises, such as static.A.  For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20 MB per song). Lossless music formats include APE and FLAC.B.   Your device may not have proper shielding, which causes interference and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has proper shielding.C.  The headphones are Hi-Res grade which can clearly reproduce sound sources as well as Rub & Buzz and abnormal noise from the player.
4. While using third party music/video player apps, some in-line remote control functions do not match those in the manual. Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may have different settings for the in-line remote control functions. We recommend that you use the music/video player apps that your device has originally provided.
