SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read carefully and follow all instructions before using this product.

  1. Please keep the charger away from water or other liquid.
  2.  lf you need to clean the charger, please make sure the power is turned off.
  3. For normal use environment temperature should be between 0 and 45 degrees
  4. Short circuit protection: device will disconnect if short circuit automatically detected and reconnect when the fault is fixed.
  5. Overload (Current) Protection: The overload protection helps the device reconnect once the fault is corrected. Over Current point: above 2A.
  6. Over Voltage Protection: will disconnect device if above 9.0V detected
  7. Over Heat Protection: when the temperature is above 60°C, it will stop working, and restart when the temperature is reduced.

Warning

It is forbidden to dismantle the device. All attempts to repair the device will void its warranty.

  1. Make sure that wireless charging mode is enabled in your mobile device.
  2. If wireless charging mode is enabled, please make sure you put your mobile device in the correct position (the center of a mobile phone has to be on top of the “wireless charging” icon).
  When the power is on, the red lightis flashing and the wireless charger isnot working
  1. Make sure there are no metal objects in the area of the wireless charger. The mouse pad activates protection mode when metal objects are detected nearby.
  2. Red LED indicators will also light up when input voltage is too high. Please use the proper QC3.0 adapter with the mouse pad.

WARRANTY

The warranty period starts from the day of the product purchase from Canyon authorized Seller. The date of purchase is the date specified on your sales receipt or on the waybill. During the warranty period, repair, replacement or refund for the purchase shall be performed at the discretion of Canyon. In order to obtain warranty service, thegoods must be returned to the Seller at the place of purchase together with proof of purchase (receipt or bill of lading). 2 years warranty from the date of purchase by the consumer.
