Intended Use

The MEPH2020WT | MEPH100WT is a megaphone that amplifies your voice or emits music. The product is not intended for professional use. Any modification of the product may have consequences for safety, warranty and proper functioning.

Safety Instructions

WARNING

• Only use the product as described in this manual.
• Read the manual carefully before use. Keep the manual for future reference.
• Do not use the product if a part is damaged or defective. Replace a damaged or defective product immediately.
• Close supervision is necessary when the product is used by or near children, animals or infirm persons.
• Do not use the product close to somebody’s ears. This may cause hearing damage.
• Observe the plus (+) and minus (­) marks on the cell, battery and equipment and ensure correct use.
• Do not mix cells of different manufacture, capacity, size or type within a device.
• Keep cells and batteries clean and dry.
• Seek medical advice immediately if a cell or a battery has been swallowed.
• Use only the cell or battery in the application for which it was intended.
• Remove the batteries during long periods of disuse to avoid possible leakage.
• Do not drop the product and avoid bumping.
• Keep the product away from heat sources. Do not place the product on hot surfaces or near open flames.
• Do not expose the product to water or moisture.
• Do not immerse the product in water.

Installing the Product

Use only size AA batteries for this product.

1. Press the release button A5 to open the battery cover A7.
2. Place 4 batteries into the battery compartment A8.Make sure to match the (+) and (-) polarity markings.
3. Close A7.

Using the Product

The power indicator LED indicator indicates if the product is switched on.

1. Press the power button A3 to switch on the product.
2. Press the music/speak button A6 to switch between music and speak mode.
3. In music mode the speaker A9 emits music.
4. In speak mode you can speak into to the microphone A1 to amplify your voice.
5. Rotate the volume wheel A4 to adjust the volume to the desired sound level.
6. Press A3 again to switch off the product.
