What you’ll need

  • Wi-Fi network
  • Apple device running iOS 9.1 or later or Android 5.0 or later connected to your preferred Wi-Fi network

Setup Overview

  1. Connect power adapter into DC jack on back of the speaker and plug into working wall outlet.
  2. Download the Google Home app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Follow in-app instructions to set up iHome iGV1 on your Wi-Fi network.
  4. Done! Now you can talk to your Google Assistant by saying, ‘Ok, Google!’Visit assistant.google.com/discover to learn more

Controls

Play/Pause ButtonPress to play/pause audio and to cancel an alarm once triggered
Mute/Unmute ButtonPress to mute or unmute the microphone
Bluetooth ButtonPress to enter Bluetooth mode to pair devices (Unit will auto-link to previously  paired devices)
Volume ButtonsPress to adjust volume levels up or down
Track ButtonsPress to skip to next or previous track
Snooze/Display Dimmer ButtonControl display brightness / Press to Snooze while alarming is sounding
Google Assistant ButtonThe iGV1 features far field voice recognition. Google Assistant the function can also be triggered by tapping the Google Assistant Button
USB Port (back of unit)While the unit is connected to AC power, connect a USB cable to charge devices

  5. No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
  6. Do not use this apparatus near water.
  7. Clean only with dry cloth.
  8. Do not block any ventilation openings, install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
