STEP 1Disassemble the packed parts and remove all packaging materials.

STEP 2Ensure that the Water Tray is in place and fill with about 2 cups of water.

STEP 3Reassemble the parts in the same order they were packaged (see reverse side for detailed instructions).STEP 4

Attach the Power Cord to the Base Unit and then plug the Power Cord into an outlet. The Control Panel lights up when plugged in. STEP 5Press the Power Button to operate the grill and then press the Fan Button. Set the temperature to a medium or high heat setting for 4–6 mins. to preheat the grill. Then, set the desired cooking temperature and add your food!

Unpack all parts from the box and remove any clear or blue protective film on the components.Wash with warm soapy water before first use (only select accessories are dishwasher safe).

Assembly

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the Base Unit (A) on a stable, level surface.
2. Place the Collection Pan/Water Tray (C) inside the center of the Base Unit (A). Add water to the Collection Pan/Water Tray (C)
3. Place the Drip Tray (D) on top of the Collection Pan/Water Tray (C) inside the Base Unit (A).
4. Place the Heating Element (E) on top of the Drip Tray (D). Align the arrows on the Drip Tray (D) with the arrows on the Base Unit (A).
5. Place either the Grill Plate or Griddle Plate (F) on top of the Heating Element (E).
6. When cooking with the Glass Lid (G), place the Lid Hinge (H) in the Lid Hinge Holders (B) and lower the Glass Lid (G) over the Grill Plate or Griddle Plate (F).

*NOTE: The removable Electric Fan (A1) and  Snap-Off Fan Cover (A2) is already installed in the Base Unit (A). If you are thoroughly cleaning the Base Unit (A) with water and detergents, remove the Electric Fan (A1) first. See Removing the Electric Fan in the owner’s manual for detailed instructions.

What is the wattage for this iteam?

There are 3 models: GR-200, GR 200-5, and GR-1200. All are AC 120V, 60 hz. The -5 model is rated at 1500 watts; the other 2 are rated 1200 watts.

Cord is very small …about 24 inches

can you cook on a glass surface?

Have not used it on glass surface.

How much water should be in the water tray? My pork chops came out more steamed looking instead of grilled.

No water. You do not need water for a grilled pork chop.

Directions about grilling?

Grill as if you were grilling outside on a gas or charcoal grill. Also you can go online and get the product’s instructions.

what is the watt on this grill?

Wattage on this grill is 1500w.

where is the vent located this grill will be placed in a cubby hole to look like a built-in?

The grill is located on the inside, around the edges. The main part is at the bottom. You can not see it at all.

does it come assembled?

yes there are some parts but they are just the gril and grease catch pan. Nothing you have to assemble

How my griddle attachment didn’t come with it ?

If you are talking about grill surfaces then there is 2(two). One flat top and one open grill.

Can i purchase a stronger power cord ?

The power cord supplied with the grill is very high quality, and very strong. However, one can call the customer service at 973-287-5129.

plastic spacer with handle-top or underneath?

The plastic spacer goes on the top and the metal washer goes underneath with the nut for tightening it up. 

Where do i put the liquid smoke at on the grill and does it enhance the bbq flav?

No need for liquid smoke. Use any grill masters seasoning will do the trick

What are the exact dimensions—width, height, depth?

Can you smoke meat at 250 temperature?

No you can’t smoke meat on the SMOKELESS GRILL it design eliminate smoke you will need a regular smoker to smoke meat

Any ideas on how to get a Griddle plate. If someone has a part number or web page please share?

when you cook greasy burgers on this does the grease drip onto the heating coils underneath the grill plate or go directly into the grease tray?

There are no heating coils underneath. The whole grill plate is the heat source. Grease goes in the drip tray.

is the non stick coating non toxic to birds Ir is it ceramic?

Ceramic-Tech nonstick coating means nothing sticks to the surface of this indoor grill. Its see-through silicon-sealed glass lid lets you see exactly when your food is ready.

what is the watts 1200 0r 1500?

1500 watts

We have this item but it didn’t come with the griddle. Can it be purchased separately?

The grill and the griddle came with my purchase. You may have to contact the supplier.
