Operating Instructions
- Please fully charge the bracelet before using. and it will launch automatically after charge.
- Power ON/OFF, Switch to the power off page shown as below image:
Click “YES” and long press the power button to turn OFF. Short press the power button it will turn ON. During the charging, it will auto launch.

- The wristband cannot be found when pairing?
Please make sure your phone is Bluetooth enabled. And when the phone is pairing in the “support range”, please make sure that the distance between the wristband and the cellphone is within 0.5 meters. The Bluetooth communication range is within 10 meters after pairing.
- Why is Bluetooth can not connect occasionally?
Some mobile phone’s Bluetooth service will have an exception when it is restarted, which leads to such a situation. Usually you can reset the Bluetooth or restart the phone to establish a normal connection.
- How to restore the factory default settings?
After the wristband is connected to your cellphone, please enter the “My wristband management” in the application and choose· restore factory settings”.
- How to update the firmware of the wristband?
After the wristband is connected to your cellphone, please enter the “wristband management” in the application and choose “firmware update”.
