Acclimate Ultrasound Gel Warmer

what’s included

PRECAUTIONS

1.  Connect device to properly grounded outlets only.
2. Do not immerse in water.
3. Only use indoors.
4. Do not operate if the cord or plug is damaged in any manner.
5. Unplug device when not in use.
6. Allow unit to cool before cleaning.
7. Do not use secondary attachments on device. Use appropriate manufacturer parts only.
8. Only use device for its intended use.
9. Return damaged devices to the manufacturer.

how to assemble

setup

1. Place Acclimate® Gel Warmer in the upright position on a smooth and stable surface away from any hazard that may inadvertently come in contact with the device. The device may be wall mounted.
2. Only operate device while it is in the upright position.
3. Plug female end of power cord into the back of the device.
4. Plug male end of power cord into an appropriate electrical outlet. Voltage information is listed on the back of the device.

Wall mounting Tools Required:

1.  The Acclimate” Gel Warmer may be wall mounted in a safe location to avoid damage to the device and/or wall.
2. Using a level and the above screw-hole template, place two marks on the wall.CAUTION: Do not install screws where they may come in contact with wires or plumbing.
3. When mounting in wood, wall anchors are not required. Install screws at the two marks created in step two. Allow clearance between the head of the screw and the wall.
4. When mounting in drywall, pre-drill holes at the two marks created from step two. Insert wall anchors and install screws. Allow clearance between the head of the screw and the wall.
5. Position the device against the wall so the screws enter the large opening of the key holes on the back of the device.
6. Slide the device down to create a firm mount.

how to operate

1. When the Acclimate” Gel Warmer is plugged in, the front button illuminates solid blue. The warmer is in Stand-by Mode and does not heat.
2. Place Eco Vue” 250g FlexPac”s or 20g Packets into the device and close the lid.
3. Press the illuminated button one time. The button begins flashing green and indicates the warmer is in Warming Mode.
4. When the button turns solid green, the product is ready to use.NOTE: Acclimate” Gel Warmer may take 1.5-2 hours to fully heat an Eco Vue” FlexPac”.CAUTION: Sample a small amount of gel to test temperature prior to use.
5. To return the device to Stand-by Mode, press the button once. Always unplug device when not in use.

safeguards

The Acclimate” Gel Warmer is equipped with various feedback loops to prevent the device from overheating. If the device detects a failure in any of the loops, it goes into Auto Shut-Off Mode and stops heating. The front button blinks red in this mode.CAUTION: If the device ever blinks red, do not continue use. See Warranty section.

how to service and clean

The Acclimate® Gel Warmer does not require routine maintenance. To clean, unplug the device and allow it to cool down. Use a standard disinfectant wipe to wipe the device down. Do not attempt to disassemble the device and clean internal electrical components.

Acclimate® Gel Warmers come with a two-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Do not tamper with or try to service the device yourself for it will void the warranty.All devices must be registered within 30 days of purchase.
