ACU-RITE Thermometer 03121DIX
Instructions for use:
1. Clip to side of pitcher.2. Do not let tip of the thermometer touch the bottom of the pitcher.3. For best accuracy place tip of thermometer 2.5″ (6 cm) into liquid.4. Follow the temperature instructions of your favorite recipe.
To calibrate: To check thermometer for accuracy, fill a container with crushed ice and add water. Wait 1 minute. Insert 5cm of probe into ice bath for 30 seconds, or until temperature indicator stops. If unit does not read 0°C, grip the recalibration nut (see figure A) by hand. Rotate the thermometer right or left until the pointer reaches 0°C.Care Instructions: Hand wash. Not dishwasher safe. 
WARNING:
- DO NOT wipe handle or hot thermometer with wet cloth.
- DO NOT lay hot thermometer on cold wet surface.
- DO NOT heat beyond thermometer’s temperature capacity.
- DO NOT use in oven.
- DO NOT wash in dishwasher.
- DO NOT submerse in water.
