Remove the protective film that is applied to the LCD screen prior to using this product. Locate the tab and peel off to remove.

SETUP

Clock SetupPlug the power cord into a power outlet.

Intelli-Time® ClockIntelli-Time clock and calendar are pre-programmed to the correct time and date, and update automatically for Daylight Savings Time. All you need to do is select your time zone using the “TIME ZONE” switch.Set the Time & DateChoose the correct time zone (HAST AKST PST MST CST EST AST) using the “TIME ZONE” switch on the bottom of the clock.

Choose Daylight Savings Time ON or OFF using the DST switch on the bottom of the clock. If you live in an area that observes Daylight Savings Time, DST should be set to ON, even if it is not currently Daylight Savings Time.

Press and hold the “TIME SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the SET MODE. Once in the SET MODE the preference you are currently in will blink on the clock.

To save your adjustments, press and release the “TIME SET” button to adjust the next preference. The preference order is as follows:CLOCK HOUR (Please note PM Indicator light)CLOCK MINUTECALENDAR YEARCALENDAR MONTHCALENDAR DATE

You will automatically exit SET MODE if no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds. Enter SET MODE any time by pressing and holding the “TIME SET” button for 3 seconds.Dimmer HI/LOOptimize the display brightness for the location with the HI/LO Dimmer switch located on the back of the clock.Volume HI/LOOptimize the alarm volume for the location with the Volume HI/LO switch located on the back of the clock.

OPERATION

Using the Alarm ClockSet the Alarm TimeTo set alarm time, press the “ALARM SET” button once to review alarm time. Press the “ALARM SET” button again to enter the ALARM SET MODE.To adjust the currently selected (flashing) item, press and release the “+” or “­” buttons (press and HOLD to fast adjust).To save your adjustments, press and release the “ALARM SET” button to adjust the next preference. The preference set order is as follows:ALARM CLOCK HOUR (Please note PM Indicator light)ALARM CLOCK MINUTEYou will automatically exit ALARM SET MODE if no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds. Enter the ALARM SET MODE at any time by pressing the “ALARM SET” button twice.Alarm Clock ON or OFF functionTo Turn Alarmed on: Press the “ALARM ON/OFF” button until the ALARM ON icon appears on the screen.To Turn Alarmed off: Press the “ALARM ON/OFF” button until the ALARM ON icon disappears from the screen.Alarm Clock SNOOZE functionWhen the alarm is sounding, activate the 9-minute SNOOZE function by pressing the SNOOZE button on the top of the alarm clock. SNOOZE function remains active until the ALARM ON/OFF button is pressed.

Troubleshooting

The clock is too dark, hard to read or doesn’t work • Reset the unit by pressing the reset button located at the bottom of the clock.  This will reset the alarm to the original factory settings. Time and date  will need to be entered after a reset.

Care & Maintenance

Clock CareClean with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use caustic cleaners or abrasives. Keep away from dust, dirt and moisture. Clean ventilation ports regularly with a gentle puff of air.

Replace Intelli-Time Clock Battery

Intelli-Time technology is powered by a pre-installed coin-cell battery that stores the time and date settings. The battery has a shelf life of several years. To replace the Intelli-Time battery:

  1. Locate the coin cell battery compartment door on the back of the display unit. Unscrew and remove the compartment cover.
  2. Insert 1 x CR2032 coin cell battery into the battery compartment, as shown. Install battery with “+” positive terminal facing OUT.
  3. Screw in the battery cover.
