ACURITE Meat Thermometer Instruction Manual

  • For use in conventional or convection ovens

WARNING:

DO NOT wash in dishwasher.

DO NOT submerse into water.

Instructions For Use:

  1. Insert point of thermometer into thickest part of meat or fowl. Be sure the tip is not touching bone, gristle, the pan or inserted into cavity of the fowl.
  2. Place meat in oven with thermometer facing the door. Leave thermometer in meat while roasting.
  3. When pointer reaches desired temperature (degree of doneness), remove from oven.

WARNING:

Always remove thermometer from oven before using the self-cleaning cycle.
