  1. Plug the headset’s 3.5mm aux jack into the aux port at the base of your PS4 Wireless controller.
  2. Check your audio settings to ensure that your AG 6 headset is selected as the assigned audio device.

From the PS4 home menu, go to “Settings”> select “Devices”> set your “Volume Control” to a desirable level> select “Output to Headphones”> select “All Audio”

From here, you can also adjust your headset’s volume. To adjust your headset’s mic sensitivity from the PS4 home screen, access the home menu> select “Settings”> select “Devices”> select “Audio Devices”> select “Microphone Level” and adjust your microphone levels to preference

LIMITED WARRANTY

  • Coverage and Term • PDP warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by PDP’s customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized PDP retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
  • Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions • The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs or handling.

  • Your Rights Under Applicable Law • This warranty does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable state, provincial or national laws governing the sale of consumer goods.
  • Additional Information for Australian Customers • PDP products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you under our express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
