  • Don’t place it near a heat source or open flame.

Important Notes

  • Triple Display: One display of HDMI 1, one display of HDMI 2, another of the laptop screen.
  • Only Windows support MST (Multi Stream Transport), but Mac OS doesn’t. Mac OS just supports extend the dual HDMI (all monitors have the same display) from the laptop.
  • Not recommend adding an extra extension cable for the dock, as it may cause slow transmission, unrecognition of HDMI port, or other issues.
  • Not applicable for gaming devices and high-power devices (external hard drives, iPad, etc.).
  • USB ports for data transfer and charging. Only provide minimal 0.5A.
  • The max resolution of the HDMI simultaneous output is 2x1080P on devices which only support DPl.2; Up to 4K UHD via 2 HDMI simultaneous output on devices which support DPl.4.
  • This device doesn’t support USB C Female to USB Male Adapter and Express 4X to USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) 2-Port Type C Expansion Card As media Chipset for Windows/Linux Kernel, since the converter will make the device lose all functions.
