DO NOT LAY NOZZLE ON THE FLOOR, EVEN WITH THE ADJUSTABLE FOG VALVE AND FOGGER MOTOR TURNED OFF.

Fill Tank

  1. Remove cap and fill TANKS with desired solution. Each tank will hold 1 gallon of solution.
  2. Replace cap securely.

Turn on Power

3. Plug the fogger into a grounded AC socket and turn it on using the POWER SWITCH, adjust the fog with the adjustable fog valve.

Miscellaneous

4. No fog will be dispensed until the valve is turned COUNTERCLOCKWISE.

5. The valve shuts off when the valve is turned CLOCKWISE.

Safety

  • The Air-Care Max Fogger can retain pressure in the tank after it has been turned off. If Adjustable Fog Valve is NOT TUNRED TO OFF, liquid can be discharged from the nozzle. Loosen cap and retighten it to relieve the tank pressure. Turn Adjustable Fog Valve to OFF.
  • If the head of the fogger is stored below the level of the liquid in the tank AND the Adjustable Fog Valve is not fully off, liquid can be siphoned out of the nozzle.
  • Always unplug the power cord before adding or removing solution or water from the tank.

Operating Instructions

  • Plug the fogger into a grounded AC socket.
  • The Adjustable Fog Valve will regulate the droplet size and flow. Move the Adjustable Fog Valve to the position that provides the smallest volume of fog needed for the job.
  • As the Adjustable Fog Valve is slowly opened, a fine fog will be generated, and the volume and droplet size will increase as the valve is opened farther.
  • When the fogger is not being used for an extended period of time, always shutoff the valve FULLY then Turn off the motor. Open the tank cap slightly and relieve the pressure to avoid leakage of liquid out of the nozzle,

Maintenance

The Air-Care MAX fogger requires a minimum amount of maintenance. After each use you should clean the motor air intake filter on the bottom as it becomes dirty, and rinsing out the tank, hose, and nozzle at the end of each workday with clean water and letting the water wash out residual solution from the hose and nozzle.
