Important Safeguards

CAUTION Risk of burns! Use potholders when moving cookware as handles may become very hot during use.

  • Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this cookware is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
  • This cookware is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they are fully supervised.
  • Never leave the cookware unattended during the cooking process.
  • Do not use the cookware on high heat. High heat causes food to burn and emit fumes which can be dangerous for humans and animals with sensitive respiratory systems.
  • Never leave the cookware empty over a hot burner as it can cause damage to the pan and stovetop.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or potholders.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving cookware containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • This cookware is safe to use in an oven and can withstand temperatures of up to 500 °F (260 °C).
  • Use plastic or wooden utensils to reduce scratching on the cooking surface.
  • This cookware is dishwasher safe.

For Europe:This symbol identifies that the cookware is safe for food contact and comply with European Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004.

Before First Use

  • Remove all the packing materials.
  • Check the cookware for damage.
  • Clean the cookware with dish detergent, or in a dishwasher.

Cleaning

  • Immediately after use, steep the cookware with hot water and dish detergent then allow the water to cool.
  • Use a soft sponge or soft dishcloth to remove any remaining residue.
  • Rinse the cookware thoroughly and then dry immediately after with a soft dish towel.

NOTICEDo not use steel wool or other metal pads that make coarse scratches.

Maintenance

  • Remove stubborn stains by boiling water then simmer with dish detergent for approximately 15 minutes. Wait until the water cools down then use a soft sponge to remove any remaining residue.
  • Color stains may appear on the surface after the cleaning which can be easily removed with a paper towel and vinegar.
  • Stains on the outside bottom (not sides) can be removed with oven cleaner.Follow the manufacturer’s guidelines on how to use the individual products and rinse thoroughly after cleaning.

Storage

  • Always store the cookware safely on a cookware rack or pegboard. Avoid stacking or crowding as this can cause scratches.
