Is the Kindle Fire HDX a tablet or a e-reader?

The Kindle Fire HDX is both. You can read books, magazines, and newspapers on it, watch movies and TV shows, play games, listen to music, and browse the web. It’s also an Android tablet that lets you access apps and games from Amazon’s Appstore, plus thousands of other apps available in the Amazon App store for Android.

How much storage do I get with my Kindle Fire HDX?

You get either 16 GB or 32 GB of storage.

Does the Kindle Fire HDX have a camera?

Yes, it has a front-facing camera for taking photos or making video calls over Skype. But it doesn’t have a rear-facing camera for taking photos or videos.

Can I connect my Kindle Fire HDX to my TV?

Yes. You can use an optional HDMI cable to connect your Kindle Fire HDX to an HDMI-enabled television or monitor. With this connection, you can display your photos and videos on your TV screen and play games on your TV screen as well. You can also use the optional Amazon Digital AV Adapter to connect your Kindle Fire HDX to an HDMI-enabled television or monitor so you can watch videos from services like Amazon Instant Video on your TV screen. This adapter also lets you send audio from your Kindle Fire HDX to your TV using Bluetooth technology so you can listen to music through your home entertainment system.

Whispersync for Voice automatically synchronizes your last-viewed position in a movie or TV show across all of your devices (tablets, smartphones, computers). So if you stop watching on one device and start watching later on another device, Whispersync will automatically bring you back to where you left off watching last—at the exact moment where you left off watching last! If you’re using Whispersync for Voice with an Amazon video app (like Amazon Instant Video), then it will also sync bookmarks across all of your devices (tablets, smartphones, computers).
