Cautions: Risk of electric shock! To prevent risk of electric shock, turn off the power at the main circuit breaker box before installation.Warning: Risk of fire! Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wiring rated up to 140 °F (60 ºC). Consult a qualified electrician before installation

Cautions: Risk of fire! Do not install the product on a radiant heating ceiling.

Cautions: Risk of electric shock! This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation codes by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor

Cautions: Risk of eye damage! LEDs emit bright light. Avoid looking directly into the light source for prolonged periods.

  • This product is rated 120-277 VAC and must be connected to a suitable power source.
  • This product is not intended for recessed installation in ceilings, or soffits.
  • Do not install any lighting assembly closer than 6″ (15 cm) from any curtain or similar combustible material.
  • The product employs non-replaceable LED light sources.
  • Contact the municipal building department to learn about applicable local codes, permits and/or inspections.
  • This product is intended for use in accordance with the National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70, and the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I, in non-hazardous locations, and the Mexican Electrical Code [Instalaciones Eléctricas (utilización), NOM-001-SEDE].
  • Use this product only with the provided hook. Replacement hook should be able to withstand 5 times the weight of the product. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Intended Use

  • This product is intended for commercial and residential use.
  • This product is rated IP65 and it is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • This product is not intended for use with emergency exits.
  • This product can be used with 0 – 10 V dimmer (sold separately).
  • No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions
Before First Use
  • Check the product for transport damages.
  • Remove all the packing materials

Danger: Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children – these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

Installation Instructions

Danger: Risk of falling object! The mounting surface should be able to withstand 5 times the weight of the product.Risk of electric shock! Disconnect power beforeinstallation.

Warning: Take special precautions when working on heights, for example, while using a ladder. Use the right type of ladder and ensure it is structurally sound. Use the ladder in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions

NOTICE: This product should be mounted in a horizontal position only with the light source pointing down.

  1. Screw the hook (B) and the nut (C) tightly.
  2. Fix the product onto a heavy-duty anchor hook or other suitable fixing point.
  3. As added protection, secure the product to an additional mounting point using a safety line (not provided). The safety line should be able to withstand 5 times the weight of the product.

Wiring

WARNING: Risk of electric shock! To prevent risk of electric shock, turn off the power at the main circuit breaker box before installation.WARNING: Risk of electric shock! This product must be connected to a properly grounded electrical system. Never wire the product to a two-wire system that is not grounded. Contact a qualified electrician for information with regards to proper grounding methods as required by the local electrical code in your area.

NOTICE: There is an optional 0 – 10 V dimming circuit/dimmer forthis product (sold separately.

  • Use twist-on wire connectors to join the wires.

Cleaning

WARNING: Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, turn off the power at the main circuit breaker box before cleaning.

  • To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
  • Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
