Amazon.ca Watch Care & ReturnsAMAZON WARRANTY Duration and scope of the limited warrantyThis transferable limited warranty, which is provided by Asurion Consumer Solutions of Canada, Corp., having its place of business at 900-1959 Upper Water Street, Halifax NS B3J 3N2 Canada (“Asurion”), in all provinces and territories applies to a watch purchased by you in Canada from either Amazon.ca, or any third party seller on Amazon’s Marketplace (as provided in the shipment confirmation email for the watch) (collectively, “Seller”) (“Watch”), and lasts for two (2) years from the date the Watch was purchased from Seller.A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LASTS LONGER THAN THIS TWO-YEAR EXPRESS WARRANTY, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE TWO-YEAR PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY. What we will doFor Watch defects covered by this limited warranty, at our choice and cost, we will (i) have your defective Watch repaired, (ii) have your Watch replaced with a watch with similar features and functionality, or (iii) refund you the amount you originally paid to purchase your Watch.
THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT. SELLER AND ASURION DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY UNDER THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.
What is covered?The internal movement mechanisms, case, watch buttons, crystal, crown, and stem of the Watch are warranted to be free from defects.
What is not covered?This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defects (1) if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, (2) if there is evidence of intentional or accidental misuse or abuse, including, without limitation, abuse related to services not carried out by authorized service centers, (3) resulting from loss, theft, or Act of God, or (4) if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
How to obtain serviceTo obtain instructions on how to obtain service under this warranty, contact customer service at 888-524-6495. We are responsible for postage charges (including any duty or tax assessed during any applicable customs clearance) and any insurance for shipment to the service facility. The repaired Watch will be returned to you at the return address that you provide at our cost. When you send the Watch to the service facility, please include a brief description of the problem.
