We are not liable for secondary failures, material, or personal damage, caused by in proper usage or disregarding the security notices. Based on security and registration {CE) reasons, it is forbidden to modify the product personally. Do not disassemble the product. Small parts. Danger of suffocation or risk of injury caused by small parts. Suitable for people aged 14+! The product is not allowed to get moist or wet. The product is only allowed to be used on flat and clean surfaces. Even a drop down from a small height can cause damage to the product.

BATTERY NOTICE / BATTERY DISPOSAL

Attention! Battery do not belong in the hands of children. A change of the battery must be done by an adult person. Never mix rechargeable batteries with non-rechargeable batteries. Never mix fully charged batteries with almost empty batteries. Never mix batteries of different capacities. Never try to charge dry batteries. Take care of the correct polarity. Defective batteries belong to special waste. Never leave a charging battery unattended. For questions about the charging time please read the manual or ask the manufacturer.

DISPOSAL

The company AMEWI is registered below the WEEE Reg. Nr. DE93834722 at the foundation EAR and recycles all used electronic parts properly. Electric and electronical products are not allowed to put in household garbage. Please dispose the product at the end of the lifetime according to the actual laws. You as a customer are responsible by law for the return of all used batteries, a disposal over the household garbage is forbidden!

Batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the alongside symbols, which point to the prohibition of disposal in household garbage.

Additional notations for the critical heavy metal are: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Quicksilver, Pb=lead {Label is placed on the batteries, for example below the bottom left trash symbols).

Based on RoHS labelling the manufacturer confirms, that all limit values were taken care of at the time of manufacturing.

Batteries labelled with the recycling symbol can be put into used battery collecting tank. {Most supermarkets have) They are not allowed to be put into local household garbage.

AMEWI Trade e.K. is involved in the dual system for boxing over the company Landbell AG. All used boxes are collected from partner companies {waste disposal contractor) at private customers {local household), sorted and properly utilized. The involvement in a Dual Systems helps to save C02 Emissions.

WARNING

This remote-controlled plane is not a toy – it consists of many small parts and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Always keep your fingers away from rotating parts and other moving parts to avoid injury.
The model’s motors get very hot. To avoid burns, let the motors cool down for 10-15 minutes after use before touching them.
Please only use the charger supplied or special model multifunctional chargers in order not to damage the battery.

PRECAUTIONSPlease read the following safety information before using the model!

Please do not use the model in rain, snow, or thunderstorms. If liquid gets into the electronics, it can be irreparably damaged.
Please do not use the model in an environment that you cannot see.

Signal interference can drive the model out of control. Please do not use the model in the following places:


Near any base station or other places with active radio.	Near any crowded place or road.	Near any river, pond, or lake.	Near any high voltage wire or communication broadcast antenna.

Please do not operate the model if you are tired or feel unwell, have drunk alcohol, or have used drugs – this can lead to injuries to you or others.
To avoid burns, never touch drive parts and motors during or immediately after use, as they can be very hot.
Incorrect operation of the transmitter can cause injury to you or others. Make sure you are familiar with the operation before using the model.
Check the model and the remote control before use. Check that the screws are tight.
When you have finished using it, be sure to turn off the model first and then the remote control. Otherwise, the model may get out of control.If the model gets out of range, it can get out of control. Please always keep the transmitter close to the model.

CENTER OF GRAVITY

Place the flight battery in the battery compartment. Use Velcro for fastening. The easiest way to find the center of gravity is to turn the aircraft around. The center of gravity should be about 66mm behind the leading edge of the wing. To get the best possible center of gravity, move the battery forwards or backwards if necessary.

PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST

FLYING TIPS

AIRFIELDWe recommend using the model exclusively on model airfields. Never fly in parking lots, near houses, or people.

HAND THROWIn the beginning, let an experienced pilot help you get the plane into the air. Hold the aircraft behind the wings with your throwing hand. Support the nose with the other (be careful, keep your hand away from the propeller). Go full throttle and give the signal to start. The aircraft is being thrown straight, the nose points approx. 5 ° upwards (never downwards). Throw the plane into the wind.

START FROM THE GROUNDPlace the aircraft on the runway. Avoid strong steering movements to prevent the aircraft from tipping over. Push the lever for the horizontal stabilizer 50% upwards. Slowly push the throttle up. Hold the elevator between 25% and 50%. As soon as the aircraft has reached the appropriate speed, it takes off.

LANDINGCAUTION: Pull the throttle down as soon as you have landed the aircraft to avoid damage to the aircraft and / or injuries to yourself or others. If you are using a transmitter / controller combination without telemetry, set a timer of 4 1/2 minutes for the first flight. Then check how far the battery is discharged. So, feel your way to the optimal flight time for the battery. Make sure not to exhaust the battery until it is switched off to avoid a crash.

REPAIR

Thanks to the foam material, the aircraft is relatively easy to repair. It is best to use Styrofoam glue to glue broken parts on. If it is no longer repairable, you can find our spare parts list online at amewi.com.

AFTER FLIGHT CHECKLIST

1.	Disconnect the flying battery from ESC	4.	Repair or replace defective parts.
2.	Turn off transmitter	5.	Store the battery separately from the model.
3.	Charge the battery

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSES	SOLUTION
The aircraft does not respond to the throttle. other functions are given.	The throttle is not at the bottom and or the gas trim is set too high.	Set the trim to 0 and pull the throttle all the way down.
Gas channel is reversed.	Switch the direction of the throttle.
Less flight time or aircraft has too little power.	The flight battery is empty.	Charge the battery.
The flight battery is defective.	Replace the battery.
The flight conditions are not good. it is too cold.	Heat up the battery before using it.
The battery capacity is too low for the weather conditions.	Replace the battery or use a battery with more capacity.
The receiver does not bind to the transmitter (binding process).	The transmitter is too close to the receiver.	Move the transmitter a few meters from the receiver (see transmitter manual).
The aircraft is too close to large metallic objects.	Do the binding process elsewhere.
The binding operation was not performed correctly.	Bind transmitter and receiver according to your transmitter’s manual.
The flight battery or the batteries in the transmitter are too empty.	Charge the battery or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
The esc is switched off.	Turn on the esc.
The receiver does not bind to the transmitter (after the binding process).	The transmitter is too close to the receiver.	Move the transmitter a few meters from the receiver (see transmitter manual).
The aircraft is too close to large metallic objects.	Do the binding process elsewhere.
The binding plug has not been removed (if this method is used for binding).	Remove the binding plug.
The flight battery or the batteries in the transmitter are too empty.	Charge the battery or replace the batteries in the transmitter.
The transmitter is connected to a different model.	Switch the channel and bind the receiver to the transmitter again.
The esc is switched off.	Turn on the esc.
A rudder does not react.	Servo. servo horn or rods is damaged.	Replace damaged parts.
Cable is damaged or plug is defective	Repair or replace the cable. If necessary. replace the plug.
The transmitter is not connected correctly to the receiver or the wrong channel is set.	Select the correct channel and try binding again.
BEC of the controller is damaged.	Replace the esc.
Controller is switched off.	Turn on the controller.
Servo reversed.	Transmitter settings are reversed.	Adjust the direction on the transmitter accordingly.
The motor turns. then it loses power.	The slider uses soft Low Voltage Cutoff (LVC).	Charge the battery.
The weather conditions are too cold.	Fly in warmer weather.
The battery is too old or damaged.	Use another flight battery.
The C-rate of the battery is too low.	Use a battery with at least 30C.
