Installing batteries into the Anderic Smart Remote

To install the batteries, push the rear cover open in the direction of the arrow in the illustration below. Then insert the batteries as shown in the illustration. Make sure that the positive and negative ends are facing the correct direction. Replace the battery cover by aligning and sliding it back into position.

Pairing with your TV:

  1. Turn on the TV by pressing the key on the remote.
  2. Press and hold the buttons labeled and simultaneously for 3 seconds or more, as shown in the figure below.
    1. The indicator light on the remote will flash rapidly.
    2. On-screen, the TV should show that the remote is pairing to TV. Please wait for it to successfully pair. The remote should now have the ability to fully control your TV.

Note: Only one smart remote can be paired with the TV at a time.

About the buttons on the Anderic Smart Remote

Power KeyPress to turn the TV on or off.

Number padWhen pressed, a number strip appears on the bottom of the screen.

Directional Pad (up/down/left/right)

  • Moves the focus and changes the values seen on the TV’s menu. Select key
  • Located in the center of the directional pad. Used to make selections in menus. When pressed while you are watching content, detailed program information appears. When pressed again, you can select or run any of the functions displayed.

Return key

  • Returns to the previous menu. When pressed for 1 second or more, the running function is terminated. When pressed while you are watching a program, the previous channel appears.

Play/Pause key When pressed, the playback controls appear. Using these controls, you can control the media content that is playing.

Home keyReturns the Home screen. Shows available apps.

Voice key

  • Runs voice operation. Press and hold the button, say a command, and then release the button for operating TV by voice.
  • Keep remote near mouth so that the mic on the remote can hear your voice.
  • For more information, refer to the full operating manual of your TV.

Extra/Colored keyPress to access the colored and extras keys menu on the screen.

VOL (Volume) keyMove the button up or down to adjust the volume. To mute the sound, press the button. When pressed for 1 second or more, the Accessibility menu appears.

CH (Channel) KeyMove the button up or down to change the channel. To see the Guide screen, press the button.
