IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION:
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,including the following:
Read all instruction before using this appliance.
- Please read this User Manual carefully prior to using this appliance. Household and indoor use only. Not for commercial use.
- Please use correct voltage: 220-240V- 50/60Hz, Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket. No adjustments are required for operation at the rated voltage or frequency.
- To avoid electric shock or other hazards, do not immerse the appliance, plug,power cords into water or other liquids.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by qualified electrical person inorder to avoid a hazard or the product must be disposed.
- Do not leave the steamer unattended while it is in operation.
- Do not unplug the unit by pulling on the power cord, unplug the appliance by pulling on the cord plug.
- Do not add hot water or other corrosive cleaning agents into the water tank, doing so may damage the appliance. Demineralized water or distilled water is strongly recommended.
- When not using the appliance, please empty the water tank, then turn off and unplug the appliance.
- Turn OFF, unplug and allow the appliance to cool down completely for at least 30 minutes and drain the water tank before storage.
- Do not operate the appliance when it shows visible damage.To avoid electric shock or other hazard, do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance is intended for household use only. Any other use will void warranty. CAUTION! may cause scalding if the user touchesthe steam nozzle or steam. Do not place/usethe appliance upside-down.
- Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam. To prevent hazards caused by high-temperature steam, do not direct steam at people or animals when using the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance when it runs out of water, to avoid damage to the appliance.
- Before storage, wait till the appliance cools down completely and wind the power cord.
- Only use accessories provided by the manufacturer. The use of any accessory or attachment other than those provided by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or irreversible damage to the appliance.
- Steam only in a vertical motion. Never use the steamer horizontally or tilted backwards, as it may result in hot water discharge.
IMPORTANT! Unplug the appliance from mains power during filling and cleaning.
CAUTION: To avoid dangerofelectric shock, unplug from mains power outlet when not in use and before cleaning. If the powercord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified electrical person in order to avoid a hazard or the product must be disposed.

OPERATION
IMPORTANT!Do not leave the steamer unattended while it is in operation.
FILLING WATER
- Turn OFF garment steamer and disconnect the appliance from mains power during filling. Hold the two sides of the water tank and push downwards, and remove the water tank out of the main body (Fig 1 ).
- Take out the water tank, and fill the water tank with water (Fig 2,3,4).
- Replace the water tank (Fig 5).
IMPORTANT! We recommend the use of distilled or purified water to prolong the life of the product. Minerals found in tap water can shorten the life of the product.
FABRIC BRUSH ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY
Use the fabric brush attachment to remove any debris on fabric with a pile e.g. velvet, velour, fleece, etc.
- Fabric Brush Assembly• Tum off the appliance,and wait until the steam stops spraying.• Press the brush to the Steam Nozzle to lock in place.
- Fabric Brush Disassembly• After finish steaming, tum off and unplug the appliance.• Hold the two sides of the fabric brush and pull it out gently.
CAUTION! Ensure there is no steam/spraying from the steam nozzle before assembling or disassembling the fabric brush.
STEAMING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Ensure the water tank is filled with water before using the appliance.
- Please use the correct voltage and only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
- Plug in and turn ON the appliance. The indicating light will illuminate and the heater will start to operate. Steam will begin to come out in 30 seconds, and the appliance is ready to use.
- The control button has 3 different options. They are as follows:

6. It is very easy to use the steamer. Hold the garment or fabric material with one hand, and the garment steamer with the other hand to steam.

7. When the water tank runs out of water, turn off and unplug the appliance, take out the water tank and refill with water. Then turn ON the garment steamer.
Caution:
- The high temperature steam from the steam nozzle can reach l 80°C. Ensure that the material is high-temperature resistant before steaming. Do not leave the spraying nozzle on the same spot for too long to avoid damaging the garment.
- When not using the appliance and before storage, continue to steam until the water tank runs out of water and no steam comes out from the steam nozzle. Turn off and unplug the appliance (If the steam nozzle still sprays steam when the appliance is turned off, it may cause injury to people since there is still hot water left in the heater. If the heater is still hot, small amounts of steam may spray out of the steam nozzle).
- Before storage, continue to operate until no steam is spraying out from the steam nozzle and wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- If the appliance shows visible damage or does not work, do not use. Have the product inspected by a qualified electrical person. Do not attempt to disassemble the appliance or repair it by yourself.
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait till it cools down completely.
- Finish using the water in water tank or pour out the remaining water in the water tank prior to storing.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water. Use a dry clean cloth to dry the appliance. No special cleaning detergent is needed.
REMOVING MINERAL BUILD-UP
High mineral in many municipal water suppliers may cause mineral build-up in the garment steamer. Mineral residue inside of the internal pipes and heater can result in intermittent steam or, in some cases, no steam at all. We recommend you removing the mineral build-up after using the product for 7-15 days or every month. Please follow the steps below to remove the mineral build-up:
- Switch off and unplug the unit.
- Remove the water tank from the unit.
- Empty the water tank.
- Mix a solution of 50% vinegar and 50% water in a container.
- Slowly pour the water-vinegar solution into the water tank.
- Switch ON the steam cleaner and let it steam for approx. 20 minutes.
- Pour the water out of the water tank.
- Pour clean water into the water tank and drain. Repeat this step until the vinegar odour dissipates.
- Re-assembly the unit.
STORAGE
- Unplug the steamer from mains power.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Completely empty the water tank.
- Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
- Store the appliance in a dry location and out of the reach of children.

Kmart will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
