Ultra High Definition and High Pixel Density
AOC’s C4008VU8 features a 40-inch class professional, high-quality, non-glare VA panel for fast refresh. Ultra High Definition (UHD) allows users to see more on the screen at one time; it gives more ‘real estate’ and also shows more detail for sharper and more brilliant images. A 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution is four times a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. VA Panel for Wide Viewing Angles

AOC SuperColor Technology
This curved 4K monitor has larger color gamut, which means larger range of the wide-gamut RGB color space the monitor is able to display. A typical monitor has only 72% NTSC color gamut, whereas the C4008VU8 boasts an incredible 85% NTSC wide color gamut for rich vivid colors.
10-bit Colors
This monitor features a 10-bit panel boasting 1.07 billion colors. The Frame-Rate-Control (FRC) technology is used to enhance the color depth of the 8-bit panel and boosting the normal 16.7 million colors found in most displays, to 1.07 billion colors. More colors means the panel can present more depth and richer color, producing more colorful and vivid images.

Flicker-Free Technology for Reduced Eye Fatigue
The normal LED-backlit monitors adjust brightness using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). This causes flicker although human eyes can’t see it easily, it still causes discomfort over long periods of time. Flicker-free technology is using DC (Direct Current) backlight system to provide more comfortable and healthy viewing.
