ARMOR 3 3-in-1 Lightning / Type C / Micro to HDTV Adapter User Guide

For Android® Devices

1. Put your phone into Developer Mode, then turn on USB Debugging (enabling this varies per phone).
2. Plug the 3-in-1 cable into your HDMI display (TV, projector, etc.).
3. Plug your phone’s charging cable/data transfer cable (not included) into the female USB port on the 3-in-1 cable. If prompted, allow USB Debugging. Your HDMI display will show a screen with a QR code. Ignore this for now.
4. Your phone’s screen will begin to output on your HDMI display.
5. If your phone’s screen does not output to your HDMI display, please follow the onscreen directions on using the EZ Cast app. We recommend only using the app if your phone does not display after Step 3.

For iOS® / iPadOS® Devices

1. Plug the 3-in-1 cable into your HDMI display (TV, projector, etc.).
2. Plug your phone’s charging cable/data transfer cable (not included) into the female USB port on the 3-in-1 cable. Your HDMI display will show a screen with a QR code. Ignore this for now.
3. You will be prompted on your phone to trust the cable. Please add it as a trusted device.
4. If your phone’s screen does not output to your HDMI display, please follow the onscreen directions on using the EZ Cast app. We recommend only using the app if your phone does not display after Step 3.

Note: Functionality for this cable may vary depending on your phone. If audio is not present, you may have to use an external audio device.
