Attention:

Before you begin the assembling, make sure all parts are included and in good condition!When chair will be delivered in the cold season, please start to assemble it in 2 hours after, to provide a stable work of gas lift.Follow the instruction gradually.Plastic cup and gas lift must be separated before chair assembling.To avoid misalignments, leave the screws loose and do not tighten them until all are in their respective places.Do not overtighten or force the screws as they could break, strip, or damage the threads of the holes.Using the wrong sizes of screws on a part could result in damage to the screw or the part.Do not overload the chair. See max load information in technical specifications.If there are stains on the surfaces of the chair, apply some polish on a soft towel and rub the stains until they dissolves. Do not apply the polish directly on the chair.

To prevent possible squeaking, we recommend that you secure the plastic O-rings between seat B and mechanism C, securing them with boltsFor a more convenient assembly of the seats, we recommend that you use the additional screwdriver – P

Troubleshooting

If:→ The Gas Lift does not work properly or stopped working at all;→ Any lever does not work;→ Detect that any part is broken or damaged before using the chair;→ Detect that any part is missing from the package content list;Please contact the seller for the part replacementIf:→ The casters are not fixing in 5–star base→ The backrest is not fixing in the set position→ The seat of the chair is skewed or creaks→ If there is a noise between the mechanism and metal frame, please check that the screws are tight. The noise should disappear if the screws are tightened.Please try to assemble the chair following the instruction gradually again. If this will not help, please contact the seller for the part replacement
