atomi WiFi Smart Garage Door Opener User Manual

1. Bring the Smart Garage DoorOpener close to your router2. Slide and remove the backing ofthe Smart Garage Door Opener

3. Plug the micro-USB cable into theSmrt Garage Door Opener andslide the backing back on.

4. Plug the USB into the Smart Wall Adaptor andplug the Smart Wall Adaptor into your wall outlet.

Enter the verification code and create a password.

Log into the app.

Select “Add Device” or click (+) at the top right corner of the Devices Screen.

Choose “Smart Garage Door Opener” from the Device list.

Hold the power buon on the side of your Smart Garage Door Opener for five seconds until the indicator light is flashing rapidly. Then press “Continue”.

Enter your Wi-Fi network and password.

The atomi smart app will connect your device.

1. Now that you have initiated a Wi-Fi connection,unplug the Smart Power Adaptor fromthe wall outlet and bring the Smart GarageDoor Opener to your garage.2. Locate your existing garage door opener paneland loosen it from the wall. Your garage dooropener panel should now be hanging and youshould be able to see the module at the back of it.

3. Connect the white and red wires running from theSmart Garage Door Opener to the correspondingscrew on the back of your garage door openerpanel i.e white to white and red to red4. Secure the garage door opener panel back to thewall and position your Smart Garage Door Openerright above it.5. Use the screws included in your productpackaging to secure the Smart Garage DoorOpener’s backing onto the wall.6. Plug the Smart Power Adaptor into your desiredwall outlet.7. Adjust and position the camera on your SmartGarage Door Opener and test the view on the atomismart app to make sure you are happy with thefacing angle.8. Testing the device:a) Open the app, choose “Smart Garage DoorOpener” and press the light icon buon. Check ifthe device light is turning ON/OFF.b) Press the camera icon buon. You should receivea notification with the captured photo.c) Slide up the switch to open your garage door.Check if your garage door is opening.d) Slide down the switch to close your garage door.Check if your garage door is closing.If you have problems with any of these steps. seeour FAQs section on this guide or visitatomismart.com for more information.

TroubleshootingCannot connect to your Wi-Fi network.Make sure that you have entered the correct Wi-Fipassword during the Wi-Fi setup. Check if there areproblems with your internet connection. If the Wi-Fisignal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router and try again.Setup is not working properly.1. Close all apps that are running in the backgroundand re-open the atomi smart app.2. Uninstall and reinstall the atomi smart app thenrepeat the setup process.Garage door not opening/closingCheak that the red and white wires running from thesmart Garage Door Opener are properly connectedto the garage door opener panel.Make sure each wire corresponds to its respectivecolor on the module at the book of the garage dooropener panel i.e red to red and white to white.Not receiving push notificationsOn the atomi smart  opp, go to Me > Seings > PushNotifications and slide the bar to turn-on pushnotifications.I’m still having trouble!Wi-Fi networks come in various shapes and sizes,often with many quirks. It doesn’t mean that yourSmart Garage Door Opener is malfunctioning.If the problems persist, please try these steps, in order:

1. Force quit and re-launch the atomi smart app.Check to see if this fixes the issue.2. Unplug the Garage Door Opener and plug it backin. Check to see if this fixes the issue.3. Unplug your Wi-Fi router and plug it back in. Checkto see if this fixes the issue.4. Delete and reinstall the atomi app. Check to see ifthis fixes the issue.5. If all else fails, restore your Smart Garage DoorOpener to factory seings: Unplug your SmartGarage Door Opener. Plug it back in, pull and holdthe power buon for five secs.
