4.2 Status LED Meaning

5. Operation

Please fully charge the EP750 before first use or if left unused for a long period of time.

To charge, use the power cable to connect the headphones to a powered USB port.

While charging, the status LED will light red. It will turn blue when fully charged.

5.1 Switch On / Off

To switch on the EP750, press and hold for 2 seconds. The EP750 will enter reconnection mode and the status LED will flash red.To switch off the EP750, press and hold for 3 seconds.

5.2 Bluetooth Connections

When switched on, the EP750 will enter reconnection mode and will automatically connect to any previously known device.To pair to a new device, turn off the EP750 and switch it back on by pressing and holding for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. In pairing mode, the status LED will flash red and blue alternately.

– For mobile phones and tablets

  1. Scan for available Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone or tablet. (Please consult your device’s user manual if necessary).
  2. Select ‘EP750’ from the available devices and confirm the connection. If a pin code is requested, please enter the code ‘0000’
  3. Once successfully connected, the status LED will flash blue.

– For computers

  1. Enable the Bluetooth function on your computer.
  2. Select ‘Devices and Printers’ from the Control Panel and click ‘Add a Device’.
  3. Select `EP750′ from the available devices. The system will automatically install the driver. If a pin code is requested, please enter the code ‘0000’.
  4. Once successfully paired and connected, the status LED will flash blue.

– Multipoint

The Multipoint technology allows you to connect your EP750 headphones to two source devices at the same time. To create a multipoint connection:

  1. Press and hold ) to put the EP750 into pairing mode
  2. Pair the headphones to your first source device
  3. Switch off the headphones.
  4. Press and hold ) to put the EP750 into pairing mode again.
  5. Pair the headphones to your second source device
  6. Press A and V simultaneously to activate multipoint
  7. Use the Bluetooth menu on your first source device to reconnect to the headphones.

To switch between source devices, pause the music on the currently playing device then play music on the second device. Switching devices can take up to 10 seconds.

Note: When receiving a call on either source device, the music will automatically pause and resume once the call is finished.

5.3 Active Noise Cancelling

Use the ANC switch to turn on / off the background active noise cancelling.

The ANC status LED will light blue when ANC is active.

5.4 Audio-Out– Music Sharing

When the EP750 is paired to an audio source device, a second pair of headphones can be connected by using a 3.5mm audio connection.

The audio will therefore be played on the EP750 and the second device simultaneously.

– Bluetooth Receiver

When the EP750 is paired to a source device and connected to a speaker system’s audio-in socket, the headphones will have the role of a receiver and any music transmitted to them will be reproduced on the speaker system to which it is connected.

5.5 Audio-In

To use the EP750 as a pair of wired headphones, use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect the headphones to your source device.

Note: in order to use the headphones in wired mode, please switch off the EP750. The audio-in requires a minimum level of battery and will therefore not be available when the battery is flat.

To protect the battery or avoid a flat battery, disconnected the audio cable when the EP750 is not in use.

5.6 NFC Connection

  1. Enable the Bluetooth and NFC functions on your source
  2. Switch on the EP750 and enter pairing mode.
  3. Touch the NFC area of your source device against the NFC area on the headphones. They will automatically pair with each other.
  4. Confirm Bluetooth pairing if prompted. “EP750” will now be listed in your source device’s Bluetooth device list.
  5. To disconnect your device, touch the NFC area of your device against the NFC area on the speaker. Touch again to reconnect.

6. Charging

Connect the EP750 to a powered USB port using the provided USB charging cable. While charging, the status LED will light red. It will turn blue once the battery is fully charged. A full charge takes approximatively 3 hours depending on power input.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem Solution
Won’t turn on.
  • Please charge the EP750
Can’t find the EP750
  • Confirm the EP750 is in pairing status and within 10 meters from the device.
Can’t install the driver for EP750 on a computer.
  • Update the driver of the Bluetooth module on your computer.
The sound quality is intermittent in Bluetooth mode.
  • Disable the Wi-Fi on your source device.
No sound.
  • Check the volume on both the source device and the EP750
No sound on the second device.
  • Ensure the audio socket used on the second device is audio — in. Ensure the second device is on if required.
  • Use a standard 3.5mm double Jack audio cable. Using a microphone enabled audio cable may cause problems.
Noise cancelling not working
  • Please switch the ANC on.
  • Please charge the internal battery of the headphones

9. Warranty

This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event of any defect arising due to faulty materials or workmanship, the unit will be either replaced or repaired free of charge (where possible) during this period. An alternative product will be offered in case the product is no longer available or repairable.

This warranty is subject to the following conditions:■ The warranty is only valid within the country where the product is purchased.■ The product must be correctly installed and operated in accordance with the instructions given in this user manual.■ The product must be used solely for domestic purposes.■ The warranty covers only the main units and does not cover the accessories.■ The warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident and natural disaster.■ The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is resold or has been damaged by inexpert repairs.
