What do I do when there is no sound?Turn up the volume on both the Headset and your Laptop, and that all cables are connected correctly.

What do I do when the microphone does not work?Please make sure all cables and connections, particularly the audio microphone jack and audio adaptor, are connected correctly. Test with other devices to see if it is a cable or device issues.

What do I do when only one side of the headphones works?Please ensure the connection is tight, as you may only hear sound through one speaker if this is not the case. Please check the audio balance. Try rotating the audio plug.

Warranty

This product is guaranteed for twelve months from the date of the original purchase. In the unlikely event of any defect arising due to faulty materials or workmanship, the unit will be either replaced or repaired free of charge (where possible) during this period. An alternative product will be offered in case the product is no longer available or repairable.This warranty is subject to the following conditions:
