  • NEVER touch this slicer without training and authorization from your supervisor or if you are under 18 years old. Read this instruction manual first.
  • ONLY install the slicer on a level nonskid surface that is nonflammable and is located in a clean, well-lighted work area away from children and visitors.
  • NEVER TOUCH KNIFE. Keep hands and arms away from blade.
  • BE ALERT.
  • NEVER put hand into the chute arm opening on the right side of the slicer when slicing.
  • ONLY USE FOOD CHUTE HANDLE, NOT YOUR HAND, to push the food chute during manual slicing.
  • DO NOT CATCH SLICES WITH YOUR HAND. Let slices drop onto the receiving area.

SETTING UP THE SLICER

  • ALWAYS install equipment in a work area with adequate light and space.
  • ONLY operate on a solid, level, nonskid surface that is nonflammable.

Read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation. DO NOT proceed with installation and operation if you have any questions or do not understand anything in the manual, please contact us.

INSTALL THE MEAT SLICER

  1. Unscrew the 2 nuts on the feeder table from the bottom side.
  2. Place the feeder table to the right position on the mainframe and tighten the nuts on both screws.

SETTING THE SLICE THICKNESS

The more outward of the thickness knob, the thicker the meat will be sliced.

To get a thicker sliced meat: turn the thickness knob counter-clockwise and tighten the inner knob.

To get a thinner sliced meat: turn the inner knob clockwise and tighten the thickness knob.

To avoid uneven sliced meat, please make sure 2 thickness knobs are adjusted to a same position.

PREPARE YOUR FROZEN MEAT

  1. Make sure there’s no bone or hard seeds.
  2. Make sure your food is slice friendly shape – Best at rectangular or cylindrical shape. So it can stay steadily on the V-shape feeder without wobbling. This will save you a lot of effort during cutting process.
  3. When preparing irregular shaped fresh meat, better to use the meat bag or other container to shape the meat – Stuff the meat into the meat bag or your container and seal the opening.
  4. Leave the meat roll at -10 °C freezer for at least 24 hours, then it can be sliced.

Note:The recommended temperature of the frozen meat: -2 to -15 °C.Press the meat with a finger. The deeper the finger can press in, the harder it is for the blade to have a clean cut.

USE AND CARE

  1. To use your food slicer, place it on a sturdy, flat surface. Use the suction cups to stabilize the slicer.
  2. Place the meat roll on the V-shape food table.
  3. Adjust the end of the meat until it reach the stop plate, then push the spring handle to the left and then press it into the meat until the nail grab the meat.
  4. Hold the handle of the cutting blade and cut the meat with one hand, and gently push the meat towards the stop plate with the other hand.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Clean and dry all parts immediately after use. Use a paper towel or even a hair dryer to get rid of the moisture.

  1. Remove food table away from the base for easy cleaning of crumb, etc.
  2. To remove food table for cleaning, unscrew the 2 screws on the main frame from the bottom side and wash with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
  3. With a soft sponge or cleaning cloth, clean both sides of blade with mild soap and water.

Rinse and dry blade thoroughly.

To replace blade, use the Allen wrench to loosen the inner hex nut and thickness knob.

Replace the old cutting blade, tighten the inner hex nut and thickness knob counterclockwise.

When removing the blade, be sure to handle it with care and avoid the sharp edge.

DO NOT WASH ANY PART OF THIS SLICER IN A DISHWASHER.
