PK108/110/112/115 Controls

Controls

  1. INPUT – Use speaker cables with speakON-style twist-locking professional connectors to connect the speaker to the power amplifier. Insert the twist-locking connector into the jack and rotate clockwise until the connector locks into place. These speakers connect to power via pins 1+ and 1- in the twist-locking connector. Pins 2+ and 2- are not connected internally to the speakers but are wired through to the LINK OUTPUT.
  2. LINK OUTPUT – Use this connection to feed the INPUT signal on pins 1+ and 1- through and out in order to power an additional speaker with the same signal. Alternately, by running a 4-pole speaker from the power amp to the INPUT jack, an additional power amp channel on pins 2+ and 2- can be fed straight through to the LINK OUTPUT to feed an additional speaker with a separate signal. This alternate method can be useful for consolidating your speaker cables when necessary. Check to make sure your power amplifier can combine and send out all pins (1+, 1-, 2+ and 2-)  from a single output jack.
  3. SYSTEM SPECIFICATION – Refer to this section of the back panel to find the power rating for your specific speaker model.
