- Make all the appropriate power, audio, USB and speaker connections to the mixer. Leave the power for all devices off!
- With the MAIN faders all the way down, turn your mixer on.
- Turn on your audio sources and begin playing audio into the mixer.
- Raise the MAIN faders and PHONES LEVEL knob to desired level.
- Raise the GAIN knob on each channel that is receiving a signal. The SIG LED will light up. If the red PEAK LED lights up on any of the channels, lower that channel’s GAIN knob.
- Press the CROSSFADER button on each active channel.
- Press the ASSIGN button on each channel to assign it to either the X or Y mix.
- To preview a channel before adding it to the main mix, press that channel’s PFL button. It will become audible in theheadphones without being heard through the main speakers.
- Adjust the relative level of the audio sources by raising each CHANNEL fader.
- Use the X/Y CROSSFADER to fade back and forth between the X mix and the Y mix.
