The Visit smoke alarm transmitter is part of the Visit smart home system that helps you to keep tabs on your home. It discovers smoke and smouldering fire at an early stage and relays the alarm directly to your Visit receiver.
Watches out for you
If a fire starts, the Visit smoke alarm instantly relays the signal to your Visit receiver that alerts you with sounds, flashes or vibrations (depending on the receiver). Visit will give you an early warning, so you can get out of harm’s way in time.
The Visit smoke alarm uses a highly reliable radio link that covers your entire home. It is robust and long lasting, delivering 5 years of battery life. It is equipped with silence mode to avoid false alarms while you are cooking and warns if it’s contaminated with dirt, dust or cobwebs.

Maintenance and cleaning
- Vacuum your smoke alarm regularly (and always when the battery is replaced) with a soft brush and wipe the unit with a slightly damp cloth.
- Warning: Do not paint over the smoke alarm.
