Step-by-Step Guide: Create and Prepare Bluetooth® Launch Studio Project for Qualification Upgrade Program (QUP) – Qualification with No Required Testing
Use this guide for help upgrading your qualification to the latest version of the core specification when you have upgraded your product to the latest version and your qualification proposed to be upgraded (the “Existing Qualification”) only references a Qualified Design ID (QDID) that has already been upgraded to the latest version.
Creating a New Launch Studio Project for the Proposed Qualification Upgrade
The “Declared by” user of the Existing Qualification must:
- Log in to Launch Studio.
- Navigate to the “Getting Started” section in Launch Studio.
- Select the option to “Start the Bluetooth Qualification Process with No Required Testing”.
- In the “Project Basics” tab, enter a project name and enter the new QDID of the upgraded qualification referenced in your Existing Qualification.* Please note that any referenced QDID that has been upgraded must be based on the latest version of the core specification.
