Charging

  • Connect the headphones to a PC or power adapter with the USB charging cable.
  • The LED indicator will turn red whilst charging and will turn blue after around 3 hours. Now the battery is fully charged. The first charge may take up to more than 3 hours to complete. Note: Please notice that the charging voltage must not exceed 5V.

Pairing a Wireless Device

  1. Keep the headphones and the mobile phone/music player within I meter of each other when pairing.
  2. Long press 0 for 5 seconds, the LED indicator flashes red and blue alternately to enter pairing mode.
  3. Turn your 10S, Android, or Windows device’s Bluetooth on and select “580” from the list of found devices.
  4. After pairing successfully, the LED light will flash blue for 3 seconds, you can then answer the phone or listen to your music.
  5. After shutdown, the LED indicator will blink red for I second.

Note If there is NO BLUETOOTH (like old radio ) from some of your apps on your PC due to the Bluetooth technology limitations, please try to use them in the WIRED MODE. Playing Music

  1. Adjusting the volume: Short press “+\’” or ” for volume up or volume down . The volume is completely synchronized with the Phone and most Android devices.|
  2. Music Selection: Long press “+” or “-” for the next track or previous track.
  3. Play/Pause: Press (don’t hold) Play/Pause to switch between play and pause status.

Note: The controls button will not function when wired or charging.

Call-handling

Press the Play/Pause 0 once to answer the call.Press the Play/Pause © again to end the call.Press the Play/Pause 0 twice to Redial the call.Long press the Play/Pause 0 for 3 seconds to refuse the call.During the call, you can adjust the volume by using the volume + 2and volume —4buttons on the headphones.

Siri and Clear Up Memory

For Sid, press (1) and hear a “Di” prompt tone. Let go once you hear the prompt tone, otherwise, Siri will be turned off.Clear the Bluetooth pairing record, please press the volume button 2 4at the same time.

Power On

Press and hold the On/Off button 0 to turn the headphones on. The LED indicator will flash between blue and red when the headphones are active.NOTE: The headphone is not available when charging

Power Off

Press and hold the On/Off button 0 to turn the headphones off. The LED indicator will blink red for I second, indicating that the headphones are off.

Bluetooth Protocol

A2DP: The chip in the headset is used to transmit data to achieve high-definition sound. A2DP headphones are Bluetooth stereo headphones. The sound can reach 44.1 kHz, and ordinary headphones can only reach 8kHz.AVRCP (Audio / Video Remote Control Profile): Provides a standard interface for controlling the TV, Hi-Fi devices, etc.HFP (Hands-free Profile): Allow Bluetooth devices to control calls, such as answering, hanging up, rejecting, voice dialing, etc. The rejection and voice dialing depends on whether the Bluetooth headset and phone support it.HSP: After connection and configuration, the headset can be used as the audio input and output interface of the remote device.

Troubleshooting

  1. How to fix bad audio on Windows 10?•Double-Click on the Sound Icon and click on Speakers.•2. Find your Bluetooth device in your control panel, click on Properties, then look for service and click off-hand free Telemetry, finally remember to Click OK.•3. Reset your voice connect, click your headphone device, and set it as the default device.
  2. If you are using a Bluetooth headset and need your mic.Always try to set your headphones/headset as the default device, and default communication device.
  3.  If there is Bluetooth mode (like old radio) from some of your apps in your device, please try to use them in the WIRED MODE.
  4. These headphones are passive noise isolating, not active noise cancellation (ANC), it can’t cancel the noise completely but it won’t drain the battery and damage the sound.
  5. If you cannot connect the headphones to your device, please try the following:• 1. Ensure that the headphones are charged, switched on, paired with, and connected to your device.• 2. Check the headphones are within 10 meters (33 feet) of your device and there are no obstructions (such as walls or other electronic devices) between the headphones and the devices.• 3. If you receive an intermittent signal, please ensure the headphones are fully charged before continuing use.• 4. If you don’t use the headphones for longer than 5 minutes whilst not connected to a device, they will automatically power off to conserve power.
