Please read the instruction manual carefully before you use this smartwatch so that the correct installation is made to enable quick use of this device.

Preparation before using.

1.1 Check that all the accessories are included.1.2 Choose the Micro-SIM card which matches your GSM network, as recommended by your dealer (Turn the watch off before you insert the Micro-SIM card).1.3. Remove the SIM-card cover and insert SIM-card gently using tweezers. Check if you have inserted it correctly, as is shown on the label on the watch screen or on the pictures below. Then close the cover and turn on your device. Make sure that the screw is fastened tightly.1.4 Install the app on the phone, you can ask the dealer if you don’t know how to download it.1.5. Register the device by entering the registration code while adding the GSM device in APP. You can find the Registration code, by selecting from the menu “App download”, or from the sticker on the watch «Reg code».

Screen display and functions

4.1 Screen description:Main interface: the small icon of the first line is GSM signal, ring mode, positioning icon, networking mark, data transfer icon, alarm icon, battery mark, below is the time and date.Phone Book: click to enter to see 10 numbers set by APP. Select the number and click dialChat: click to enter and conduct chat with APP, namely voice sent to the mobile phone.Recording interface: hold down to record the sound and release to send the recorded voice.Step count: The step count is disabled by default.It can be enabled in APP. The watch will count steps automatically after the step count is enabled.APP download: The two-dimension code in the watch interface can be used to download the APP, and the number displayed below is the Registration code of the watch for connecting the watch to APP.4.2 Do Not Disturb mode: provides the ability to configure the time period during which the watch will be blocked and prohibits the use of incoming/outgoing calls and from making sounds.

Using the watch notification function:

Click the «notification» button in-app to can see a list of notifications from the watch (SOS-calls and notifications of low battery + notification of crossing geofence borders).

Explanation of the watch working mode:

There are 3 basic working modes: normal mode, power-saving mode, and follow-up mode. Each is a different working mode with different uploading intervals. normal mode: uploading interval is 10 minutes, power-saving mode: uploading interval is 1-hour follow-up mode: uploading interval is 1 minute.

Watch SOS

Long press the SOS key for 3 seconds. It will display the SOS screen.The watch will be on an “alert state”.Loop dialing 3 SOS numbers two times. It will stop when the call is answered. If no answer, it will continue dialing two times.At the same time the watch can send a message to the main phone number (default “off”), and at the same time send an alert message to the app

Low power alert

The watch battery appears in a percentage format.When under 20%, it can send an alert message to the selected phone number (default “off”), and at the same time send an alert message to the app.

Voice chat

Click the Talk, then can long-press to chat within the app.

Voice monitor

To use the voice monitoring function in the app, you need to set a phone number to which you can request a quiet callback from the watch, this call will not be displayed on the watch and will not transmit sound to the watch from the incoming call, the only outgoing sound will be transmitted as in a 1-way call.

Turn Off

Press OFF key to power off if no sim-card installed, or

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the watch can not connect with the server at the first time of use, and the device shows no network, please check as follows:
  1. Check you have inserted the Micro-Sim card correctly, as is shown on the label on the watch screen.
  2. Please check that the Micro-Sim card is activated there is available credit and that the Internet is working (before inserting it into the watch).
  3. Make sure that the registration code is entered or you can scan the QR code, by selecting from the menu “Device info – Registration code”, or from the sticker on the watch «Reg code».
  4. Check if your device is charged fully
  5. There are two situations if you can not register on the APP.a. The wrong code is entered, please re-enter carefully.b. The watch is registered with another user, ask him/her to give you access through the watch menu in the application.
