Battery charging

Before use, charge fully the battery using the attached USB cable The LED is on shows that the battery is charging; after full battery charging this LED switches off.The sound alarm is provided for the low battery voltage.

Switching ON/OFF

Switching ON: Press the central button for more than 3 seconds.Switching OFF: Press the central button for more than 5 seconds. Reset for factory settings: When the headset is ON, press «+» and «-» button for more than 5 seconds.

Bluetooth interface

3.1 Long press the central button for 3 seconds to power ON, and then enter the pairing status after 2 seconds directly (no extra operation), the light keep blinking.3.2 Go to Bluetooth settings of the phone, tablet or other Bluetooth® audio device and select Canyon BT headset. If the device requests a password, enter 0000. After connection, the LED starts flashing blue.

Music playing

Select a track, style or an artist on your phone, tablet or other Bluetooth audio devices.4.1 Press the central button to start or pause.4.2 To select previous / next track, press «+»/«-» buttons shortly once.4.3 To reduce / increase the volume, long press «-»/«+» buttons.

Hands-free mode

You can answer or end a call by short pressing on the central button.You can decline a call by pressing the central button during 2 seconds.To make a call to the last saved number press twice the central button.




The Bluetooth device cannot connect Ensure that the headset is not discharged. Ensure that the devices are connected and the Bluetooth function in your device is ON.Remove the headset from a list of connected devices and reconnect. Switch the headset off and then switch it on again. Ensure that the headset is specified as a sound output device (settings in your playing back device).Reset to factory settings and reconnect.
Distorted sound playing back Move the headset closer to the device.Check availability of wireless signals, which can make interferences, near your headset and device.Adjust the sound volume on your headset and device.Switch the headset off and then switch it on again.Reset to factory settings and reconnect.

To provide the warranty service, the product shall be returned to the Dealer’s purchase location together with its proof of purchase (sales receipt or delivery note).
