Congratulations on selecting your new MagniFlex Pro! In order to achieve optimum performance, please follow instructions for proper use and care.

BATTERY WARNING:

Use only alkaline batteries. Mixing old and new, different brands or types within brands may cause batteries to leak, overheat or explode. Keep away from fire or excessive heat. Inspect batteries for corrosion or leakage. Insert in the direction indicated. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended.

TO CHANGE BATTERIES:

Remove the battery door. Then remove the battery case from the compartment.
Replace exhausted batteries with 4 fresh AA 1.5V batteries according to polarity indicators printed inside the case.
Place loaded battery case into the battery compartment with metal contacts facing upwards and towards the inside of the battery compartment.
Replace the battery door.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Place the metal on a stable, flat surface.
Attach magnifier to the metal plate in the desired position using built-in magnet located in magnifier base.
To use with table clamp, place open c-clamp onto a table or hard surface and tighten securely by the handle. Then place magnifier on top of clamp using built-in magnet located in magnifier base.
To use battery power, remove the plug from the power jack. The unit will automatically switch to battery power.
Turn on the light switch located on the front of the magnifier.
