Quick Start:Step 1: ChargeCharge CrazyCap fully.
Step 2: FillFill your bottle with water from any debris-free source. As long as the water is transparent (so light can pass through it), you’re good to go.
Step 3: CapScrew on your CrazyCap and finger-tighten for a proper seal. CrazyCap fits our sport bottle perfectly, as well as most 9-,12- and 17-ounce cola-style bottles.
Step 4: TapGently double-tap the touchpad for Normal Mode (for water from the tap and public fountains). For Crazy Mode (water from lakes, ponds, etc.) tap 5 times.
Step 5: DrinkDrink confidently once the sterilization is completed.
Self-Cleaning:CrazyCap turns on once every 4 hours, for 20 seconds each time, to sterilize the bottle by shining the deep UV light on the inside surface of the bottle. This will ensure that your bottle does not accumulate mold, bacteria, viruses, or any harmful pathogens.
Charge your CrazyCapCharging your CrazyCap is not rocket science, and the process is very convenient. A port-less USB charging cable is included with your CrazyCap. Simply place the charger on top of the cap, and it will fully charge in 4 hours or less. Active charging state is indicated by breathing Orange light. Once the cap is fully charged it will turn green.
Checking Battery LifeTap the touch sensor once by fully resting the finger on the touch sensor, the indicator light will glow to indicate the battery percentage. Greenlight indicates >50% battery charge Orange light indicates 25%-49% battery charge Red light indicates <25% battery charge
Normal Mode SterilizationDouble-tap the touch sensor quickly to activate Normal mode. Activation will be indicated by breathing blue color on the Ring LED indicator. Make sure to rest your finger on the touch sensor completely for successful activation.
Crazy Mode SterilizationTap the touch sensor five times to activate Crazy mode. Activation will be indicated by breathing blue color on the Ring LED indicator. Make sure to rest your finger on the touch sensor completely for successful activation.
Surface SterilizationCrazyCap 2 can be used for sterilizing cell phones, laptops, keyboards, toothbrushes, jewelry, etc. To use, simply turn on the Crazy mode, and point the deep UV light on to 4-5 inches away from the surface of interest. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the treatment by moving the light slowly throughout the complete Crazy mode cycle. Surface sterilization efficacy is 5-square-inches-per-minutes
Warranty*Lifetime warranty summary. Microlyscs warrants the included product and the accessory against the defects in materials and workmanship for its lifetime i.e., 10 years from the date of original purchase. Microlyscs do not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. Microlyscs requires you to return your product before a warranty replacement is issued but may waive.
