Boomerbeast Operation (cont’d)

You will find above the ignition a display that will show you your metrics and performance for your Boomerbeast.Display

  1.  Speed – This display shows you how fast you are going in km/h

The Controller

Daymak Drive Bluetooth ControllerThe Daymak Drive controller is what makes the unit do what it does when a function is pressed or a switch is switched. This controller is located underneath the seat. This should not be tampered with by consumers. If you have any issues with your controller please see alicensed Daymak dealer for support.*Please note* on the D models there are two of these controllers.

To access this controller please see the next page.

Accessing the controller/circuit breaker

Behind the seat, you will find two bolts that lock the seat rest to the machine. Using an Allen Key, unscrew the two bolts seen below and lift the bar up to access the under-seat compartment.*PLEASE NOTE* This is area is not meant to be used for storage.

Circuit BreakerTo prevent surges that may damage the unit, the Boomerbeast comes with a circuit breaker. This is located underneath the seat just above the controller. There is a blue switch that in the event of a surge will trigger and turn the whole unit off.

In the event that your unit does not turn on at all (the display does not light at all once the key is in the ignition) it is most likely that the circuit breaker is set to off. Open the seat lock (see the previous page for where the lock is located) and switch this switch to on.On the Boomerbeast D model, you will have two circuit breakers. Both must be on to have full power to the unit.

Seat

The Boomerbeast comes with a seat that has movable armrests that can be moved up and down to get on and off the unit easier

The seat can be slid either forward or backward slightly by holding the lever as shown above and pushing the seat in either direction.

Mirrors

The Boomerbeast comes with a set of mirrors that screw on each handlebar. Screw each mirror into the appropriate side (left mirror on left side etc). Until it is loosely in the position you want. Then take a wrench and tighten the bolt at the bottom of the mirrors to make it stick in that position. Please note mirrors may look slightly different than shown here

Rear Rack

On the back of the Boomerbeast is the carrying rack. Use this to mount a case or store goods however you see fit.

Maintenance

Always ensure that your tire pressure is to the recommended value of your unit. You can find the PSI value on the side of each tire.Check your brakes before you ride, make sure they are firm and the unit does not move while they are being pulled.Check that all lights are working, headlights brake lights, and signal lights. When storing it outside, use a cover to prevent weather damage to the unit. If possible bring the whole unit inside. Otherwise if possible bring the battery inside.Bring in your unit to your local Daymak dealer for a yearly check-up if possible.Do not overcharge the battery, once the battery is fully charged unplug it as soon as possible.

Tips and Tricks

Whenever you get off your vehicle put on the brake lock. This will prevent it from rolling away downhill, and will also stop someone from accidentally engaging the motor while off the vehicle. When engaging the throttle always start slowly to get a feel of how quickly the unit may move. When braking, use your rear brakes first, and then your front brakes for the safest stopping. An additional lock is advised when leaving it outside for extended periods of time, secure a safety lock to the frame to prevent theft.Do not randomly change settings you are unfamiliar with on the Bluetooth app as it may cause damage to the unit, consult the manual first before changing settings. If the display does not turn on at all when you put the key in the ignition check the breaker switch underneath the seat to see if it is set to “ON”If the machine turns on (display etc.) however the motor does not run, make sure the brake lock is not on. The motor will not engage as long as any brake is being pressed.
