How to Use• Power ONConnect the lamp with the power source, tap on the button to turn the lamp on/off.• Brightness ControlTap on button and hold it to increase/decrease the brightness level.• Color TemperatureTap on to adjust to different color temperatures.• Auto Time OFFBy pressing the button , the light will automatically turn off after 30 mins (blue light) or 60 mins (green light) in any operating modes. If you turn off the timer function, then the indicator light is off.• Adjustable designThe lamp head can be adjusted up to 255° in an up and down direction. The lamp arm can be adjusted up to 120° in an up and down direction (when adjusting the lamp, please hold the base).
