BEFORE USING THE DEVICE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. CORRECT APPLICATION IS VITAL TO THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE DEVICE. INTENDED USER PROFILE: The intended use should be a licensed medical professional, the patient or the patient’s caregiver.The user or caregiver should be able to read, understand and be physically capable of performing all the directions, warnings, and cautions provided in the information for use.

INTENDED USE/INDICATIONS:

The Procare Clavicle Splint is designed to provide support to the upper back. It may be suitable for clavicle fractures and helping to maintain correct posture. Soft-good/semi-rigid designed to restrict motion through elastic or semi-rigid construction.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

If you have skin disorders/injuries in the relevant part of the body, the product should be fitted and worn only after consultation with a medicalprofessional.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:

For maximum efficacy, ensure the correct size of the support is selected and the straps are adjusted to the required fit.
Do not use over open wounds.
Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or the package has been opened
If you experience any pain, swelling, changes in sensation or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact your healthcare professional immediately.

NOTE: Contact manufacturer and the competent authority in case of a serious incident arising due to usage of this device.

APPLICATION INFORMATION:

Place triangular closure at the center of the back with the straps lying over the shoulders and to the front of the body. (Fig. 1)
Wrap the straps under the arm and secure at the triangular closure. Adjust the straps to the desired position. (Fig. 2)

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand washes in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. WARRANTY: DJO, LLC will repair or replace all or part of the unit and its ccessories for material or workmanship defects for a period of six months from the date of sale. FOR SINGLE PATIENT USE ONLY.
