QUICKSTART GUIDE
Step 1 Check batteries and place the unit on a hard surface.
Step 2 Gently step on the scale and it will activate automatically.
Step 3 The scale will display your weight and lock it.
INTRODUCTION
The Dr. Trust Supernova Weight Scale- 507 is intended for use in the measurement of body weight. It is a completely automatic system that makes bodyweight measurements easy so that you can manage your weight easily to maintain good health. It has a large display that shows your accurate weight measurements clearly after each use.
POWER SUPPLY
Works with 3X 1.5V AAA batteries
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
A, Remove the battery cover B. Insert 3XAAA batteries inside the battery compartment C. Make sure to check the polarity. D. Close the battery cover tightly.
OPERATION
STEP 1. Put the scale on a hard & flat surface. Avoid keeping it on carpet or soft surfaces.
STEP 2. Gently step on the scale and it will activate automatically.
STEP 3. Put your feet again on the scale and remain standing on it without moving or shifting your feet or body. The scale will then display your weight and lock it.
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch Off. Auto shut-off occurs if the display shows “0.0” or shows the same weight reading for approximately 10 seconds.
TO CONVERT WEIGHT UNIT
A. Find the unit switch on the back of the scale.B. Press the unit conversion button when the scale is power on, LCD shows the current weight unit. Press the button again to convert the weight unit between kg-lb-st.
OVERLOAD INDICATION
When the scale is overloaded (over180kg) the following will appear on the screen:Note: Please step off to avoid damage.
LOW BATTERY INDICATION
When the battery is low, please open the battery cover, then take batteries carefully out of the battery compartment to replace the old batteries with the new ones.
RE-TEST
When the battery is low, please open the battery cover, then take batteries carefully out of the battery compartment replace the old batteries with the new ones.
SAFETY INFORMATION
- The glass platform is slippery when wet. Make sure the platform is dry before you are stepping on it for measurement.
- This scale is not intended for commercial use.
- To weigh safely and accurately, please stand on the center of the platform and stand still until a result is calculated.
- DO NOT strike or drop the scale.
- DO NOT stand on the edge of the scale or jump on it.
- Always place the scale on a hard, dry, and flat surface before measurement.
- Handle the scale with care, as it is a precision instrument.
- lithe scale fails to turn on, check whether the batteries are installed correctly. Replace the batteries if necessary.
- If an error appears on the display or if the scale does not turn off automatically, remove the batteries for 3 seconds, then reinstall them.
- DO NOT overload the scale (max.weight capacity:400 lb/180 kg).
CARE AND MAINTAINANCE
- Clean the scale with a damp cloth and avoid getting water or any other liquid inside the scale.
- DO NOT use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the scale.
- Keep the scale in a cool environment with dry air.
- Always keep the scale in a horizontal position; do not store vertically.
