User guide
Charge the earbuds
- You may hear a warning tone when the earbuds are at a low battery level, please place the earbuds in the case for charging.
- Charging time: around 1.5 hours for a full charging
Charge the charging case
- Indicator steady lit = chargingIndicator off = fully charged
- Charging time: around 40 minutes for a full charging
Indicator
- When the charging case is opened/closed, the indicator will show the case’s battery level;if the indicator flashes three times slowly: high battery level; if the indicator flashes twice slowly: medium battery level;if the indicator flashes once slowly: low battery level;if the indicator flashes three times rapidly: excessively low battery level, please charge the case in time.Input: 5V= 60mA(earbuds)5V 1.5A=(charging case)
Warning: The rechargeable batteries that provide power for this product must be disposed of properly for recycling. Do not dispose of batteries in fire to prevent an explosion.
- Power on when taken out of the charging case.
- Power off when placed in the charging case.
- Bluetooth connection
- For initial connection, the earbuds will auto-enter the pairing mode after being taken out;
- When connected to other mobile phones, take the earbuds out and press and hold the touch button of the left or right earbud for around 2-3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing
- Bluetooth pairing: red and blue lights flash rapidly
For initial connection, the earbuds will auto-enter the pairing mode after being taken out;
- Search for and connect to “EDIFIER TWS1 Pro”, after pairing is successful, the blue light will flash slowly.
- TWS pairing of the left and right earbuds
- The left and right earbuds have finished TWS pairing before leaving the factory.
- When the earbuds are in the charging case, respectively click the touch buttons of the left and right earbuds five times to enter TWS pairing mode, the blue light will flash rapidly.

Accept a call: single-click the left or right earbud
Decline/end a call: press and hold the left or right earbud
Pause/Play: single-click the left or right earbud
Previous track: double click the left earbud
Next track: double click the right earbud
Volume up: press and hold the right earbud
Volume down: Press and hold the left earbud
FAQs
When charging the charging case, the indicator is off.
- Please ensure the charging case is correctly connected with the power source.
No sound
- Check if the earbuds are operating.
- Check if the earbud’s volume is at an appropriate level.
- Check if the earbuds are correctly connected to the mobile phone.
- Check if the earbuds are operating within a normal working range.
The call quality of the earbuds is not good.
- Check if the mobile phone is in an area with a strong signal.
- Please ensure the earbuds are within effective distance (10m) and no obstaclebetween the earbuds and mobile phone.
When playing music, cannot control pause/play/previous track/next track via the earbuds.
- Please ensure the paired device support AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) profile.
Maintenance
- If it is not used for long periods of time, please charge the product with a lithium battery every three months.
- Keep the product away from humid places to avoid affecting internal circuit.Do not use the product during intense exercise or with much sweat to prevent sweat from dropping into the product to make damage.
- Do not put the product in places exposed to the sun or with high temperatures.The high temperature will shorten the service life of electronic components, damage the battery, and make plastic components deformed.
- Do not put the product in cold places to avoid damaging the internal circuit board.
- Do not dismantle the product. Non-professional personnel may damage the product.
- Do not drop, strongly vibrate, strike the product with a hard object to avoid damaging the internal circuit.
- Do not use drastic chemicals or cleaner to clean the product.
- Do not use sharp objects to scratch the product surface to avoid damaging the shell and affecting facade.
