Using the Blender

Important tips before use

  • Make sure the power switch is set to the OFF position.
  • Thoroughly clean the blender with a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. All parts (except the motor base) can be washed in the dishwasher.
  • Be careful when handling the blades as they are extremely sharp.
  • Hot liquids can erupt during blending. Do not blend hot or boiling ingredients. Allow ingredients to cool down before placing in the blender. This is to safeguard against sudden bursts of steam that could cause the lid to dislodge.
  • The blender is not suitable for mixing dry ingredients. Never run the appliance when the pitcher is empty.
  • Place the pitcher onto the motor base with a downward motion to avoid damaging the contacting parts.
Assembly

  1. Place the motor base on a dry, level surface.
  2. Lower the pitcher onto the motor base.
  3. Place the ingredients into the pitcher. (For how to make quick and healthy foods, refer to the included Recipe book).*When blending any kind of liquids, do not exceed the MAX line indicated on the pitcher.
  4. Attach the measuring cup onto the lid and turn clockwise to lock in place.*To add ingredients, turn the measuring cup counterclockwise and lift off. Do not remove the measuring cup while blending at high speed.
  5. Attach the lid onto the pitcher to lock it in place. Ensure the lid is tightly locked onto the pitcher.
  6. Connect the power plug to an outlet.
  7. Select a blending program or speed setting to start blending (Refer to the Blending programs and speed settings section in this manual).
  8. When blending is finished, turn the power switch to the OFF position, then pull the pitcher straight up to remove from the motor base.
  9. Remove the lid to pour out the contents.

* Unplug the power cord from the power outlet after use.

Overload protection system

The blender is equipped with an internal overload protector to protect the motor from overheating. If the blender suddenly stops during use, this protector may have tripped. In such cases, follow the instructions below:

  • Disconnect the power supply, remove the pitcher, and let the motor base cool for at least 30 minutes.
  • Tripping the protector indicates that the blender is being loaded too heavily or used excessively. Reduce the amount of ingredients or leave more time before the next use to prevent it from happening again. This will help to preserve the life of the motor.
  • The MAX line is a good indicator to prevent overloading. Make sure the quantity of ingredients does not exceed the MAX line towards the top of the pitcher.
Blending programs and speed settings

Follow the chart below to process what you will be blending. However, the blending time should be properly adjusted to suit your own tastes, different food quantities, and food manufacturer’s instructions.

Note: If you want to prepare a larger quantity, let the blender cool down to room temperature before you process the next batch of ingredients.

Tips:

  • After the device is turned on, press and hold the PULSE button at any time to bring the
  • motor to max speed. Release the PULSE button to return to the previous blending mode.
  • To adjust the speed during SMOOTHIE program, turn the control knob to set your desired speed. If you have selected a speed with the control knob, the SMOOTHIE and CLEAN button will not work.
  • To stop any program during mid-operation or to turn off the blender, turn the control knob to the OFF position.
  • During blending, count your time carefully to avoid over-processing.

Troubleshooting

Tips:If the blender still cannot work after the checks mentioned above, contact eufy Customer : Support for maintenance.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • The blades are very sharp; use caution when cleaning pitcher.
  • Do not immerse the motor base into water or any other liquids.
Clean the measuring cup, lid, pitcher, and blade assembly

After each use:

  1. Separate all parts from each other.
  2. Select one of the three ways to clean the pitcher parts:
  • Auto cleaning: For best results, start cleaning immediately after use: 1) Pour 750ml warm water into the pitcher; 2) Add a few drops of dish soap; 3) Place the pitcher onto the motor base; 4) Turn the control knob to the ON position; 5) Press CLEAN to start. The auto-cleaning program will clean for 1 minute. If the pitcher is not completely cleaned, clean all parts of the pitcher with water.
  • Hand washing: Use a mild dish soap and non-abrasive sponge to wash the measuring cup, lid, pitcher, and blade assembly in warm water. Rinse well and air-dry thoroughly. Reassemble before use.
  • Dishwasher: Put the pitcher parts in the dishwasher to clean.

Note: When washing the blade assembly, use a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct hand contact with blades. Contact with the blade’s edge can result in laceration. Rinse and air-dry thoroughly.

Clean the motor base

  1. Unplug the power cord.
  2. Wipe the motor base with a soft, damp cloth, and dry thoroughly.
Storage

After use, unplug the device. Store your blender upright with the pitcher assembled on the motor base, or beside it. Do not place anything on top. Keep the lid off to allow air circulation.
