PAIRING

Ensure bluetooth on the device you are connecting to is offbefore starting this process.

  1. Remove both earbuds from the charging box they will bothflash red and blue. If they do not flash turn the buds on bypressing the touch button on them for 2 seconds.
  2. The Earbuds will now pair with each other automatically,this process is complete when one of the earbuds remainsflashing red and blue but the other earbud stops.
  3. Turn on the devices bluetooth you are connecting to, waitfor i11 to display in the available device list under Bluetooth.You may need to scan or refresh if i11 doesn’t appear. Oncei11 displays tab on it to connect.
  4. Your earbuds are now connected to your device and readyto use.Disconnecting/Powering off – Place earbuds back in thecharging box, alternatively press and hold the touch controlon the buds for 5 seconds.

TOUCH CONTROLS CHARGINGThe Earbuds have built in touch control to operate them. Thetouch control is located on the side of each earbud, tappingthe side of the bud will access this feature.

Pause/Play Music – Tap either earbud once to pause, tapagain to resume.Volume Control – Tap left earbud 2 times to reduce. Tap rightearbud 2 times to increase.Next/Previous Track – Tap left earbud 3 times to playprevious track. Tap right earbud 3 times to skip to next track.SIRI/GOOGLE – Press and hold on either bud for 2 seconds.You will then hear the in-ear instructions.Call Function – Tap either earbud once to accept an incomingcall, tap again to end the call. Long press for 2 seconds todecline an incoming call.

CHARGINGThe Earbuds have built in touch control to operate them. Thetouch control is located on the side of each earbud, tappingthe side of the bud will access this feature.When the earbuds power is low an in-ear audio prompt willsound. Battery level may also display on your devicedepending on its model.

Earbuds – Place earbuds in the charging box and press thepower button. The charge indicate light will turn blue, oncefully charged it will turn off.

When the charging box power is low a red light will display ifyou press the charging box power button.

Charging box – Plug the charging box cable into the back ofthe charging box. Plug the other end into a USB port or USBplug. The light on the charging box will flash red to indicate itscharging. Once the light stops flashing and is solid red thisindicates charging is complete.

TROUBLESHOOTINGCommon setup issues are listed below, please follow the belowadvice to resolve your issue.Earbuds – Place earbuds in the charging box and press thepower button. The charge indicate light will turn blue, oncefully charged it will turn off.Charging box – Plug the charging box cable into the back ofthe charging box. Plug the other end into a USB port or USBplug. The light on the charging box will flash red to indicate itscharging. Once the light stops flashing and is solid red thisindicates charging is complete.Reset Memory – If at any time you want to reset the pairinginformation held within the Earbuds and start over, press andhold the touch button on the earbuds until they flash red andblue.Sound only comes out of one earbud – Please remove/forget all i11 connections on your devices Bluetooth list andfollow the pairing above again.

Earbuds don’t show in my Bluetooth device list. – Pleaseensure you press scan or search on your device to look forvisible Bluetooth devices. Also ensure that the earbuds arepowered on and in a ready to connect state. Then follow theabove pairing instructions.

One or both Earbuds don’t hold charge. – Ensure that theearbuds have been charged from an empty charge to acompletely full charge. If the problem is isolated to just oneearbud it could have a faulty battery.

Earbuds will not power on. – Ensure that the earbuds havebeen fully charged in the charging box. Please also check thecharging box has been charged fully and the light indicatesthis as described above. If you have charged the charging boxand the earbuds will still not charge it could be a faulty unit.
