Couldn’t Power On 1. Please confirm that if there’s any water leaked in the unit or the internal components get damaged.2. Please put the new battery in(use 1 AAA battery). We recommend using high-quality batteries for the best product performance. Heavy duty or rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
Numbers Of Temperatureand Humidity Flashed If you have just received the product,please leave it for a few hours after disassembly and installation.

Inaccurate Temperature/ Humidity 1. Make sure the main unit is placed out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources or vents.2. Make sure the display is positioned away from moisture sources.3. Do not tamper with the internal components.4.
