GENARAY® ACC-60-L Accushine USER MANUAL

60 W DAYLIGHT COB LED MONOLIGHT

INTRODUCTION

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING GENARAY

The Genaray Accushine is a compact yet extremely powerful daylight-balanced COB LED that boasts 12,900 lux of flicker-free and color-accurate light that’s perfect for video shoots. The 5600 K light simulates or matches bright sunlight conditions, and dimming from 10% to 100% in 1% increments lets you fine-tune your output to the ideal level. This light is fan cooled and is designed with heat sinks that prevent overheating, so you can have continuous light throughout lengthy shoots.

The Accushine has 99 selectable receiver channels, and it can be controlled wirelessly from up to 98 feet away with Genaray’s MB-WRT remote (sold separately). The remote will also let you integrate the Accushine into a sophisticated multiple-light setup with other Genaray lights. Attach the included reflector, or another modifier like a snoot or Fresnel lens, to the integrated Bowens S-mount to style and shape your light.

INSTRUCTIONS

POWERING THE ACCUSHINE

The Accushine can be powered directly from an AC outlet.

Connect the AC power cable to the Accushine, and plug it into an outlet.

To turn on the fixture, move the power switch to the ON position.

ADJUSTING THE BRIGHTNESS

Power the Accushine on. The LCD screen will show the last setting that was used.

After powering on the Accushine, set the brightness by rotating the dimmer knob on the back of the fixture.

Brightness is adjustable from 100% to 10% in 1% increments.

ADDING AN UMBRELLA

Make sure the umbrella hole in the reflector is aligned with the umbrella mounting hole in the handle.

Loosen the umbrella locking knob, and slide the umbrella’s shaft through the reflector and the handle’s mounting hole. Tighten the locking knob to fix the umbrella in place.

REPLACING THE FUSE

The Accushine comes with a 5 A, 250 V fuse installed. To replace the fuse, follow these steps:

  1. Insert a small slotted screwdriver into the slot and open the fuse compartment.
  2. Remove the fuse case from the compartment. Then remove the spent fuse from the open-ended side of the case.
  3. Take the spare fuse out of the enclosed side of the case and place it in the fuse clip.
  4. Press the fuse case back into the fuse compartment until it clicks into place.

USING THE MB-WRT WIRELESS TRANSMITTER

The MB-WRT Wireless Transmitter (sold separately) adjusts brightness from 100% to 10%. The MB-WRT can operate the Accushine, as well as several other Genaray LED lights like the Full Moon and Mini Moon, from up to 98 feet away.

You can adjust brightness and color temperature on multiple lights that are all set at different values. This makes the MB-WRT a convenient tool for use in a sophisticated lighting setup.

To set the receiving channel on the Accushine, follow these steps:

  1. Press the dimmer knob to display the channel selection. The CH will blink.
  2. Use the dimmer/channel knob to set the receiving channel from 1 to 99.
  3. Press the knob again. The CH icon will stop blinking and the displayed channel will be set.

Refer to the MB-WRT user manual to set the channel on the transmitter.

Important

Make sure the channel on the Accushine matches the MB-WRT.

Refer to the MB-WRT user manual to operate the Accushine remotely.
