Introduction
Thank you for choosing this Giraffe Tools Metal hose reel. Our product uses Sturdy metal with anti-rust powder coated design for extra strength and durability.Before using the retractable hose reel, please read the following installation instructions and refer to them when necessary.
As a matter of convenience, please install the hose reel nearest to your chosen water source. make sure the faucet to hose reel can reach the faucet prior to mounting the hose reel.
Step 1: Open the lid, take out the crank handle and the lead hose
Step 2: Install the crank handleFit hole of the crank handle lines up with the hole in the plastic side cover, and put the screw in the holes and screw until it is tightly hold.
Note:The nut is needless because it is already combined with the main body.
Step 3: Align the guide system regulator to the water inlet, if the guide system regulator is not in the right position, please lift latch of the guide to unlock the regulator and adjust it, then relock the regulator.
NOTE:Make sure the guide system regulator is at the screw rod with thread, or the guide system may be out of operation.
Step 4: Uncoil your garden hose (not included), put the female connector through the guide system regulator and connect the water inlet.
NOTE:To prevent leakage, it is recommended to use a wrench Make sure the rubber washer in the connector is placed in the correct position
Step 5: Close the cover, rotating the crank handle clockwise to wind the hose into the cabinet
Step 6: Connect the lead hose with a faucet
NOTE:To prevent leakage, it is recommended to use a wrench Make sure the rubber washer in the connector is placed in the correct position
Step 7: Connect the lead hose with the hose reel
NOTE:To prevent leakage, it is recommended to use a wrench Make sure the rubber washer in the connector is placed in the correct position
You may adjust the connector by pulling the latch, disconnect the connector, adjust the connector, then lock it by pushing the latch back.
NOTICE: DO NOT LEAVE FAUCET ON TURN FAUCET OFF AFTER USE

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause, or to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
Acquiring warranty serviceShould the product prove to be defective within the warranty period, return the product to the retail store you purchased the product(s), and Giraffe Tools will, at its option, repair or replace the product, to whatever extent Giraffe Tools deems necessary to restore the product to proper operating condition, without any charge to you.
