– Please read carefully before use. Failure to comply may result in severe injury. – Do not exceed the 300 lb. maximum weight capacity of this safety frame. – Evenly distribute weight between the armrests during use. – Ensure all push buttons are properly engaged in position prior to use.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Before beginning assembly, identify all parts.

  1. Remove existing toilet seat / lid assembly.
  2. Place toilet safety frame bracket between toilet fixture and toilet seat / lid assembly with rounded part of bracket facing back of toilet (Figure 1).
  3. Replace toilet seat / lid and reinsert mounting bolts through bracket and toilet fixture. Replace and tighten nuts.
  4. Insert side frames into bracket. Depress detent button and slide side frame into desired position (Figure 2).
  5. Adjust footpieces to desired height. Make sure both footpieces are fully engaged and adjusted at equal heights.
  6. Make sure mounting hardware is tightened and all detent buttons are fully engaged before use.

CLEANING

Your safety frame can be easily cleaned with regular household cleaning products. DO NOT use abrasive powders or scouring pads.

Grip Cleaning Instructions

Clean the grips with a mild soap, detergent or household cleaner. Do not use an organic solvent (such as acetone, MEK, lacquer thinner, lighter fluid, dry cleaning fluid, gasoline or turpentine) that may dissolve the plastic and cause the grip to loosen.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to nondurable components, such as rubber accessories and grips, which are subject to normal wear and replacement.
