Egg Bites Maker Quick Start Guide

How to Cook Soft, Medium, and Hard-Boiled Eggs

  1. Pour water into Water Reservoir Center. Always make sure the center of the Reservoir is filled before the outer area.
  2. Place Hard-Boiled Egg Tray on Base with Tab placed above Power and Cooking Lights.
  3. Add up to large eggs into openings of the Hard-Boiled Egg Tray. Note: For best results, place the wide end of the egg down in Egg Tray.
  4. Make sure the lid fits well with the Hard-Boiled Egg Tray. Plug into an outlet. Red  Power Light and green Cooking Light will illuminate and cooking will start.
  5. When water has evaporated, the green Cooking Light will turn off and eggs will be cooked.

* Cooking times may vary. If eggs are not done to your desired doneness, add or subtract 5-10 mL of water to amounts listed in the chart. More water means a longer cooking time,  ess water gives a shorter cooking time.Do not plug in the unit until you are ready to cook. The unit does not require pre-heating.Unplug to allow the unit to cool between batches of egg bites, or add an additional 20ml of water to the base each time.

NOTE: If making a second batch of Soft, Medium or Hard-Boiled eggs, and Egg Bites Maker is still hot, add 20 mL of water to amount specified above.

How to cook egg bites

Combine ingredients (use a personal blender for best results or whisk by hand) and follow the steps on the left side of this card.

  1. Prepare egg mixture and fill egg cups to the MAX fill line in the tray
  2.  Fill the water cup to the 90ml line and pour water into center of the reservoir in the base, and replace the tray.
  3. Cover with lid. Plug egg bites maker into an outlet to start cooking. Both lights will turn on. When the green light turns off, unplug the unit.
  4. Remove lid and remove the tray from the base, to allow egg bites to rest for a few minutes. Invert onto a serving plate to remove egg bites.
