ALWAYS unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before cleaning. To disconnect, turn all controls to the ‘OFF’ position, then remove plug from outlet.
Not for use by children.
Use this appliance for the intended use as described in this booklet.
NEVER operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or adapter, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped or damaged. Contact HoMedics Consumer Relations for examination and repair.
Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
This appliance is for household and indoor use only.

This product has an internal, non-user-replaceable lithium battery. Recycle or dispose of battery properly in accordance with all local, state, province, and country regulations.

If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult a doctor before using this appliance.

Use should be easy and painless. If you experience skin irritation, or hand discomfort when using this product, discontinue use. If a more extreme reaction occurs, consult your doctor.

This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any ailments that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.

HOW TO USE

BEFORE TURNING THE UNIT ONMake sure the unit is fully charged.CHARGING THE BATTERYBefore turning the unit on, plug the charging cord into the charging port and the other end into a household electrical outlet or USB port. The LED indicator will illuminate indicating that charging is taking place. When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off. It takes 2 hours for a full charge, which will provide approximately 8 hours of use, dependent on power levels used. When the battery is getting low, the LED indicator will flash continuously for 30 seconds, indicating that the unit needs to be recharged.LOCKING THE UNITYou may choose to lock your body cleanser during traveling or transporting. To lock the unit, press and hold both the + and – buttons for 2- seconds. The unit will vibrate and the LED indicator will flash once. To unlock the unit, press and hold both the + and – buttons again for 2- seconds. The unit will vibrate and the LED indicator will flash once, indicating that the unit is now unlocked. NOTE: Fully charging the unit will automatically unlock the unit when it is in Locked Mode.

CLEANSING TREATMENT ROUTINE

Wet your skin and apply your usual cleansing product.
Before use, be sure the charging port cover is fully plugged into the charging port. Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button for 2-seconds to turn the unit on. The unit default intensity setting is level 5.
Gently press the unit to your skin and begin cleansing in a circular motion.
In each of the areas cleansed, adjust the intensity to the level that is most comfortable.
To increase the intensity, press the + button. The LED will blink 3-times to indicate it has reached the highest level.
To decrease the intensity, press the – button. The LED will blink 3-times to indicate it has reached the lowest level.
To turn the unit OFF, press and hold the Power ON/OFF button again for 2-seconds

CLEANING AND CARE

CAUTION: Before cleaning the unit, turn power off, make sure it is disconnected from the charging cord and the charging port cover is plugged into the charging port.

TO CLEAN THE SURFACE

Before cleaning, be sure the charging port cover is fully inserted into the charging port. Thoroughly clean the surface of the unit after every use with soap and water. Pat dry with a clean, soft cloth.

NOTE: Never use abrasive cleaners to clean the surface of the unit. It may decrease the life of your product.CAUTION: DO NOT try to remove the silicone sleeve after using or during cleaning. Doing so will destroy the unit.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

HoMedics sells its products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, except as noted below. HoMedics warrants that its products will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers.

To obtain warranty service on your HoMedics product, contact a consumer relations representative for assistance.Please make sure to have the model number of the product available.

HoMedics does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer or remote purchasers, to obligate HoMedics in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; dropped product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; transportation damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions; loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of HoMedics.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country in which the product is purchased. A product that requires modifications or adoption to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications is not covered under this warranty.

THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. HOMEDICS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THIS WARRANTY REQUIRE MORE THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. IF REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR DEFECTIVE MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, HOMEDICS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS IN LIEU OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified, without the prior express and written consent of HoMedics. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights which may vary from country to country.
