- Identification / recognition
- Immobilisation / stabilisation / lifting■ Completely immobilize the vehicle1. Chock the wheels and pull the EPB switch or parking lever to set the parking brake.2.For automatic vehicles the shift button to the park(P) position.■ For stabilize vehicle, crib at four points directly under the front and rear pillars using wooden blocks or equivalent objectsJACK/SUPPORT POSITIONDo not place cribbing such as wooden blocks or rescue air lifting bags under the exhaust system, fuel system or high voltage power cables. The failure will cause of fire, electric shock or gas leak.

The hood should pop open slightly.Raise the hood slightly, push the secondary latch up (1)inside of the hood center and lift the hood(2)Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the auxiliary 12V battery positive (+) connector (A).Disconnect the service interlock connector (A). - Access to the occupants

- In case of fireDo not touch any of the high-voltage components or cables including the service plug, as doing so poses an electrocution hazard. Work on the vehicle only after the vehicle has been pulled out of the water.
- Towing / transportation / storageOK : Notice: AWD (All Wheel Drive) vehicle must be towed with all wheels off the ground, either on a flatbed tow truck or using doilies.Not OK :

JACK/SUPPORT POSITION
Do not place cribbing such as wooden blocks or rescue air lifting bags under the exhaust system, fuel system or high voltage power cables. The failure will cause of fire, electric shock or gas leak.

Pull the release lever to unlatch the hood. The hood should pop open slightly.
Raise the hood slightly, push the secondary latch up
